Women's 3/4-sleeve Pattern Ponté Wrap Dress
Photo mis-represents the color of the dress
The color of the dress online is so beautiful, yet in person, it is a muddy dark tan with purple and black color. Putting it on makes you look at least 20 years older.
Lands' End please uses high fidelity color of your products online and in your catalogs, we don't want to waste time in shopping and returning.

Sorry, but I must return the dress
I just received this dress in the mail today. I ordered a Petite Medium and am 4 ft. 11.5 in. First, the dress comes below my knees, which I really do not mind in that I am a more mature woman. I could deal with the low neckline with a necklace or cammie. However, the dress is short-waisted on me and I am a short-waisted woman. Further, it is just too snug. In this same order, I received two turtle neck shirts both in Petite Medium. They are almost too large for me.

Poor fabric quality
I have a few LE dresses and have NEVER felt that fabric quality was poor until now. This dress feels like construction paper. Not soft or forgiving in the least. The dress fit fine, although low in the front and would definitely need a camisole or something underneath. I liked the pattern and the length but the fabric was so bad. I am sending it back tomorrow.

I ordered my usual size (medium) but the dress is frumpy and boxy looking on me. Length was OK, fabric seemed nice and not clingy. I agree with others who felt the neckline was a little too open and cleavage baring for work, so if I kept it I would have to wear a cami under it. Sorry, but this one is going back.

Don't bother with the tall size
I really like Lands End dresses. I find they are a nice change of pace to pair with a blazer for my business-casual workplace. I am 5'9" and 155 lbs with an athletic build. I usually wear a Small or, depending on the style, a 6 or an 8. The regular dress sizes fit well, except the waist falls a bit too high. Not only am I tall, but also long waisted. I was so excited to see dresses offered in a Tall size. I ordered a Small-Tall. I'm not sure the waist was adjusted in the Tall at all. To me it seemed like they only lengthened the skirt, and it hit me mid-calf which totally changed the look. The dress looked frumpy instead of cute. I returned it and bought a small regular. I'll wear it, but the waist is still too high and feels a bit awkward to me. The material is nice; slightly more substantial for cooler weather, and the color (red) is great!

Nice fall dress
I'm wearing the red 3/4 sleeve pattern ponte wrap dress for the first time, today at work, since it felt like a fall day today. I usually wear a size 4 in Lands' End dresses -- this one is 2-4 regular. I'm 5'4" and the dress comes to just above the bottom of my knee, a flattering length. The waistband hits me a little bit above my natural waist but it feels fine. I agree with the reviewers who say it's too low-cut -- I'm wearing a black cami with it -- and I also agree with the person who said the fabric feels kind of stiff and the sleeves are tight in proportion to the rest of the dress. Having worn it all morning, the sleeves feel a bit more stretched-out, and overall it's quite comfortable. I'm glad I decided not to send it back on the basis of the neckline and sleeves -- I've gotten quite a few compliments on it. I hope I don't have that pilling problem that one reviewer mentioned.

It has potential, but...
it was just a bit too tight on the top in the sleeves/shoulders, yet seemed to fit well everywhere else. I am 5'4" and usually wear a Small in Lands End dresses, but this one was too small. Medium would have been enormous on me. There were a few odd puckers around the chest, and it is way too low cut for use in an office. I'd have to wear a camisole with this one. Also, the fabric was not very soft or stretchy - it felt starched and stiff. That said, it's an adorable silhouette and I loved the grape color, but I have to send it back due to the sizing.

Love the ponte dresses but please fix the pilling issue!
I am a working professional who has worn pants for the most part of my working life; dresses locally have never fit well and I didnt think I would ever wear one again in my fifties! Then I discovered LE ponte dresses - a perfect fit and styles that are classic but not dated . I now own 10 LE dresses in various designs and colours. My only issue is with the ponte fabric - it pills substantially after a few wears, even with dry cleaning or gentle hand washing. A couple of my LE dresses can't be worn after a few washes as a result of the extent of the pilling . Could LE look into this problem please? I am so looking forward to adding more LE dresses to my growing collection! thanks

So excited for Tall sizes, but fabric and fit were a no-go for me
I have an LE wrap dress from the summer, and a ponte fabric one from last winter, and love them both, but they are a smidge high waisted on me. (5" 8' athletic size 8-10) I was ecstatic to see LE offer tall sizes, and puchased this in a Small Tall. (I found the dresses last year ran large) This one fits more true to size- I probably should have gone with a Med Tall. The fabric was the biggest disappointment- it is heavy, stiff and rough. I also found the color to be more gray/lavendar than the photo. Sigh, back it goes.

Fits very well, like it was made for me. It is low cut, but not scandalously so. Adding some jewelry would draw attention away from the neckline if that is what concerns buyers who may be on the fence regarding this dress or just wear a nice cami underneath. I purchased the Med. Petite in red and am 5'4" 155#. The fit made me feel so good about the way I was dressed, that I just purchased another in blue. Thank you, Lands End! The fabric is more of a casual heavy weight cotton knit. This would be nice for a lunch, dinner or work meeting but not really for a very dressy event. I can appreciate the pull on styling for being able to dress quickly and get on with my day! The style emphasizes female curves and the length hits me above the knee, true to the picture online.
