Women's 3/4-sleeve Pattern No Iron Placket Supima Shirt
3/4 sleeves supima no iron Blouse
I ordered this blouse, at first for my daughter, and it looked great, so then I started ordering the 3/4 sleeved blouse for myself as well.. In all these blouses, both long sleeved and 3/4 sleeved, the fabric does not need ironing, in our experience, so that's great. It fits well, and we love the fabrics. This 3/4 sleeved blouse is very flattering, and gives the appearance of a small waistline, because it is cut so nicely.
However, there is one problem LE seems to have. The "water lily" print above was my most recent order. I have to say that LE needs to step up and start matching buttons to the color of these garments, because any one of the darker shirts or blouses, which have white buttons on them, simply look **cheap** when the white buttons sort of "shout out" at you. This prevents the blouse from looking like the conservative first class item that I think it truly is. At the price they are charging for these blouses the past couple of years, this should not be an issue. .
I noticed in the broadcloth and twill shirts, they also do not have any other color buttons except white. Except for that, for over a decade, I have always liked the blouses I got at LandsEnd, and the lighter colors look fine with white buttons. However, the WaterLily does NOT look good with the white buttons. Checking out the rest of the dark blouses on the website and and one can see how a cobalt blue and solid (otherwise beautiful) black blouse looks with white buttons. It's just not a good look, and I don't think it would hurt the company too much to spring for buttons that at least BLEND with the colors of the fabric for the non-pastel colors.
Post Script: They also DO NOT ENCLOSE a SPARE BUTTON anymore! They used to always sew a spare button on the lower part of the placket *iinside* the blouses and shirts. This was standard for LE for both men's and women's shirts, so I'll have to call and ask for a spare, because the buttons are no longer the standard size they used to used to be, and I can't get out and shop for buttons. Other than this button thing, I could not be more pleased, but give it 4 stars because the white buttons taking the "look" down a few notches. Still recommend it, however. It's basically a great blouse.

My go-to button-downs
Love LE button-down shirts. I like that they aren't billowing and blousey like other brands of button-downs in my size (plus 1x) at other stores. They keep a slim silhouette without pulling or puckering. I have a larger chest and this shirt still fits me well in my usual size, which is rare in other brands' button-downs. I will say that i thought the three quarter length shirt arm cuffs were oddly large and didn't seem as tapered as the long sleeve. I guess this is so it could be rolled up above the elbow easily? But I'd prefer to wear it down as in the plus model's photo-hence the one star off on the 3/4 sleeve.

Another otherwise-premium, too-short shirt
At a time when Lands End is making some knit tops longer or official tunic length, their woven shirts remain too short. I'm 5'8", an "average" height for American women, and this shirt, produced as a premium item, hits high hip, higher if I actually move around, because it's more fitted than the listing suggests; it's "modern" as in tightish, the preferred fit of younger or fat-free people at the moment. Lands End, please either lengthen most/all tops but especially the fitted ones to cover torsos of average height people (the easy solution); or carry many more Tall options of tops (especially 3/4-sleeve, my go-to when possible, allowing for average-length arms while still covering the torso--WELL). Average-to-tall people like me do this to obtain the necessary torso coverage most clothing has required for several years now. Please give us an extra inch or two of length in woven items.

Well made shirt!
Like all Lands End shirts, this one is beautifully constructed. My only complaint is that the fabric is a bit stiff right out of the bag, but I believe it may soften a bit after it's washed. Overall, very nice!

buttons fell off before wearing!
I purchased two of these shirts, 1 stripe and 1 indigo dot. The buttons were hanging by a thread on both. If you are not handy with needle and thread be warned. Other than that inconvenience, they're great.

A very nice fitting shirt
I purchased this shirt only because it was on sale for a great price. When I wore it for the first time I fell in love with it. It is very soft and fits great. A feminine fit, but not too snug. I wore it out, but it could be worn in as well. Washed nicely - I iron everything, but if you don't, it would certainly pass as a no iron fabric.
I would say the fit was true to size. I ordered my regular size for shirts/T-shirts for lands end and it fit perfectly.
I liked it so well, I am ordering 2 more.
