Women's 3/4-sleeve Modern Broadcloth Shirt
Dissapointed- way too loose under arms/chest
Lovely colors, I ordered one size up from normal in plus because reviews said it was a little fitted. I liked the colors, fabric, the drape in the back and square from the shoulders- but I don't consider myself out of proportion- I am a 42 DD and there was WAY too much fabric hanging loose under the arms. The other proportions of the shirt were fine, so I was confused by the outsized chest size- I wear a 22 normally, I got a 24, it was just slightly loose around the hips in a good way, but I would have to be in a J cup bra to fill out the front of the shirt. I don't think that ordering the next size down will fix the problem. If I can't find someone to alter the extra material under the arms and put darts in the chest, I'll have to return these. Too bad, because I love the colors- I ordered the aqua and purple prism.

Good work shirt
If you have to wear a collar and button down to work this ones not so bad. Its got some give and one can roll up the 3/4 length sleeves to the elbows. It does run a bit small so if you have a stomach you may have to order the wide sizes. The color doesn't fade and it washes well. I always dry it some and then hang it up. It's very anti wrinkle.

runs small, but still would get again
While it does run small in the chest I am used to having to use safety pins so it is not much of a detractor.

Great for work and casual
Excellent fit and easy care. I would easily recommend this.

ok basic shirt
The shirt fits well, but it did not look as crisp as a no-iron shirt should look. I have purchased such shirts from other companies and they have looked brand new, even after a trip through the washer and dryer. This look was OK but not as if it were just out of the box. I ma ynot purchase another one of this type.

Hardest blouse to it on ever. Hate it.
I expected easy to iron. This is back to dark ages. I want to send all the blouses back because I do not want to spend 20 minutes per blouse to iron. Hate hate hate these blouses. Oh and I bought multiple floors. Worst product ever.

Fits smaller compared to other 3/4 sleeve Land's End Broadcloth shirts
I bought this shirt for its color (red, which wasn't available as an option in the other 3/4 length similar styles). Having bought the no-iron versions in the past in my size (perfect fit, a bit loose), I bought this shirt in the same size. While the shirt fits, it is a tighter fit (meaning at times, there is a bit of gaping at the button holes. This isn't helped given that the buttons are closer to the edge of the fabric than usual (that is there is a 2 mm space between the edge of the button to the edge of the fabric in this version vs. a full centimeter, or 10 mm from the button edge to the edge of the fabric in the no-iron version). Minimizing fabric by compromising design (of button placement) - which in this case is a tighter fit - you risk skin or undergarment views with the gaping buttons.

It fit, but shrunk
I purchased 2 shirts and when I got them and tried them on the looked beautiful, fit beautifully. I always wash garments before I wear them. The washing instructions said "warm water, dryer low heat." I washed them in COLD water and hung them on hangers to dry. When I put the shirt on (which is required as uniform) I saw that it had shrunk a whole size. I have sent them back and ordered a size larger.

Great fit, easy to wash and wear!
Wonderful work shirt that can be dressed up or down. A true classic that is easy wash and wear and a great true to size fit.

Silky feel to fabric, hides figure flaws
This is one of the best shirts I've had in years. I wore a 10-12 over ten years, but with age have gotten bigger in the shoulders, bust, waist, hip and rear area. I tried the size 14 and it fits beautifully. It skims curves and hides bra fat in the back, lumpy hip area, tummy bulge. I wear it with the top two buttons open. Leaving more than that open (three or four buttons) for layering over a tank top or T-shirt, the back doesn't fall as nicely when falling squarely from the shoulders. Think more graceful tunic rather than form-fitting tailored blouse. It's not loose in the arms or back. If I'd gotten the size 12, it would have pulled across the bust. It's also silky enough that it will tuck in nicely to pants or a skirt and not be too bulky. The only caveat is that the white needs a camisole under it if you have a patterned bra.
