This product is quality swimwear.
Very satisfied with the quality of the swimsuit. Perfect for girls who put a lot of energy into their swimming

This swim suit is exactly what we wanted.
My granddaughter needed a black swim suit for her swim team and this was perfect. It is hard to find just black these days and the stripe down the sides is just the right size to give it a little character but be within the guildlines of the team color. The suit seems to run true to size and doesn't get baggy when wet. the Y-back is great because the strapes don't come off the shoulders. I would have given this 5 stars but this is the first time we have bought it and I want to see if the color will hold up with numerous practices in the pool water. So far I as very pleased with it and would buy another when this gets to small.

A great swimsuit.
I bought this for the kids. I liked the look of it and sure enough it looked so good on them. It is very flattering. I think both my girls are just too tall in the torso, because it was just a teensy bit too snug in the length for them. I really didn't want to send it back, but I had too. I will keep looking for this same style in a bit longer torso.

Great Cut -- Terrible Craftsmanship
I guess there must be a first for everything -- I am not going to give Lands End 5 stars for this product. I love the cut of this swimsuit. It is modest yet has allows enough movement for the competitive swimmer. But this swimsuit is NOT for the competitive swimmer. My daughter swims 3 times a week for only 1 1/2 hours each workout. She started wearing this suit a month ago, and the seams are failing. I'm going to have to do a mend job this afternoon before she swims. There is no way this would make it through her actual competition season -- 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. Perhaps if your kid is getting this suit for a 45 minute swim lesson for a month it would be okay. Otherwise, shop somewhere else.

Great swim suit
My daughter swim on a competitive swim team and we love these suits. She is tall with a long torso and theses give her plenty of room. Sides are modest and not cut too high. Razor back is perfect so her straps aren't falling off her shoulders. Very good quality.

I originally ordered this suit for my daughter to wear to a swim meet as we needed a plain black that wasn't too expensive. I tried many suits on her at the local swim shop and she fit a 12 so that is what I ordered. To say it was too big is an understatement. So I exchanged it for a 10, which fits everywhere except around the upper back/shoulders, which is loose. It will work for now but it is not ideal.

This suit is a great fit for swim team practice.
The suit fit well and has been used a lot in swim team practices. My daughter finds it very comfortable.

Not intended for serious swimmers.
.I swim laps daily and the suit begins to get baggy within three to four months. I have had two so far since early summer.
it is now October.
That said, for the sale price, it is certainly worth buying to use for three months of daily swimming.
The retail, non-sale price is too expensive. For that, I would just go to a sports store and buy a Speedo for a little more money and it would last at least six months of constant use.

I bought this suit so that I had a back-up suit and used it for the first time in NH in a lake. It fits snuggly and doesn't seem to need the bust support I usually look for. It is smooth enough that I was able to wear a rash guard shirt and leggings as a pseudo-wetsuit to see how it would work for cooler temperatures this winter. I had to return the first suit I ordered because I ordered too small/short in the torso. I don't know how it will wear yet as I have only used it a couple weeks. It seems very durable so far, as noted in the reviews of others.
