School Uniform Long Sleeve Oxford Shirt
The shirt fits ok except for the arms which were a little short on my 12 year old even when I got a bigger size.
If it came in an adult extra small it might have fit my daughter better. she's petite but tall

Great quality, school logo was perfect, tailored designed is very attractive.
Love the shirt, but it is too small in the shoulders for my daughter. As a swimmer she has broad shoulders and a small waist. I will have to order a size 9 shirt (not even certain that will fit), even though she has a waist size 5. This changes the tailored look she is after, as the waist section will be baggy. Wish you offered an athletic cut for teens.

Sleeves too tight
I ordered a size 1 for my 100lb, 5'4" very athletic, slim, undeveloped 12 year old but she can't bend her arms because the sleeves are so tight. She wore the shirt anyway and tried to force the sleeves up so that she could bend her arms and finished the day with very chafed arms. The length was fine. Fabric is a little too polyesterish for my taste. Overall this just doesn't seem like Lands' End quality.

I bought this for my 13-year old as a piece of her uniform. It fits a bit small across the chest
I bought this for my 13-year old as a piece of her uniform. We have found it to fit a bit small across the chest, so I would purchase one size up, especially if your teen has begun to develop.

sleeves are tight
I ordered the junior size 3 shirt for my 13-year old daughter. She's 5'8" and 120 lbs. The body of the shirt fit well, but the arms were exceptionally tight. She was unable to bend her elbow or roll up the sleeves.

too small overall
This shirt is required by my daughters school. I had to send this shirt back three times and still have the same problem with the shirt. I ordered a kids xl which is my daughters normal size, sent it back for a juniors 1,3, and finally a five. If my daughter raises her arms you can see her abdomen. Fits tight in the arm/chest area.

Junior Tops Run Small Across Chest and Shoulders and Sleeves are Tight
Re: Junior Uniform Sizes...At 5'5" and 5'6", our high school aged daughters are normally a size 3 and 5 in Juniors clothing outside of Lands' End. This was our first experience with Lands' End Uniforms and we were only ordering tops through the Uniform Store. According to the measurements on the size chart, they'd both be a size 1, but shoulder seams were far too narrow, chest was much too tight, and sleeve circumference was too small. Sleeve length and torso/waist fit well.
The Short Sleeve shirts run a bit larger than the Long Sleeve shirts across chest/shoulders/sleeve circumference, so we ended up with sizes 3 and 5 in the Short Sleeve and sizes 5 and 7 in the Long Sleeve shirts. The fleece jacket and both cardigan and pullover sweaters fit well in size Small.
Unfortunately, we couldn't find a store that carried Junior sizes, to try on before ordering, so we've had to order online and return to stores three times. The customer service is fantastic! They've made it as pleasant an experience as possible with each order and return. Just wish for the company's sake and our sake, that stores carried the Uniform clothing in a sample of sizes, so we could try it on, before ordering. Wish the fabric had a softer feel, but it does look like it'll hold up well, and the top stitching is nicely done, which gives it a quality look.

Shoulder seams not placed correctly
The shoulder seam was not in the correct place. When I moved the seam to the correct location the sleeves where to short and the shoulder was bulky.

Nice shirt, but be careful how you size yourself. The junior sizes are meant for girls without much room for chest. However, the adult had the same size waist with extra chest room. Perfect!

Had to return
We found the new sizing doesn't work well for my daughter. The shirt was way too wide and sloppy looking.
