Men's Waterproof Snow Hiker Boots
Lost eyelet after 4 wearings
It seems that a common problem with these boots is that the plastic eyelets at the top fall out. I only lost one eyelet, but it was after only wearing the boot a few times. I will say, however, that it was no problem at all returning them even after I had forgotten about them for awhile. I simply took them back to the local Sears store. I called Lands' End for the order number right from my cell, gave it to the clerk at Sears, and she got me a complete refund.

Love The Color
Fits great ,Rivet attachments popped off soon after wearing them. I wear them to my pool league tournaments. Not too much athletic activity going on there . That really should not happen so easily. Made in China i GEUSS .

Poor design or construction required return
Size was correct length wise, width was correct but rib of rubber toe cover caused excessive tightness. I wore a couple days but only inflamed both big and little toes. Ordering in a larger size probably would not have corrected problem. Poor design.

Excellent in every way!
Great fit, great quality. Keeps my husband's feet warm and dry. Stylish enough to wear out with jeans. Highly recommend!

Comfortable right out of the box
Every so often you come across footwear that is just right. These boots were comfortable right out of the box no breaking in required. You can tell they are made very well. My only complaint about the boots is the upper three clasp for lacing, Lacing is a pain. The clasp are too small for their position. The boots do keep your feet warm and dry so no complaint there. They also look nice so they go with my suit on the way to and from work.

Wow! Glad I picked them up before they sold out.
Just ordered them the other day after seeing massive snow mounds and puddles where my son lives - what kind of mother would I be if I didn't pick them up at this price? Truly - they look even better than in the photo - got the size 10 in black and they are very good looking. My husband immediately said he would happily take them over if they didn't fit our son...the quality is obvious and the workmanship is incredible. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend them if you can find them in your size and color preference. Looks like it's going to be a long long Winter, so they will get good use.

Warm and comfortable
Bought these for my husband. He wears 9.5 and that's the size I ordered. He says they felt a bit tight at first so they do run smallish, but it just might be the width ( his is E), and not the size. Overall, they are warm and comfortable, just right for the weather we are having. His only complaint is the poor lace-up front construction - the lace-hooks are difficult to handle. Lands End should think how to improve this.

Sturdy Shoe But Narrow
Writing on behalf of my husband.
I recommend this boot for anyone with narrow feet, or at least feet that are narrow at the toe. Although my husband initially crowed about these boots, we ended up returning them. He's a lifelong size 10/10-1/2 in all shoes and boots, but the Waterproof Snow Hiker in size 10-1/2 was too narrow in the toe box.
Lands End: Would you consider redesigning this otherwise wonderful product? A round toe box that doesn't taper helps tremendously, especially in a shoe for winter weather. If it cuts off your circulation, then your feet get cold.

Good boot. Nice and warm/dry.
I like my pair of snow hiking boots. They are great for the New England weather, being both nicely insulated and fully waterproof. My only disappointment is with the included shoelaces. Being standard flats rather than rounds, they tend to get caught in the lace hooks rather than sliding freely. But laces are easy to replace.

Exact fit, comfortible, good deal..
On sale so thought I'd give them a try. Usually, especially for shoes/boots, go to the store to try them on. Lately either my feet are changing or sizes aren't what they used to be. But, these were true to fit out of the box. Well made and comfortable. Saw a comment about small side of boot, lace grabbers and disagree, truth is you want them small-ish as larger ones can hurt, if you bump them, at least that's happened to me.
