Men's Super-T Turtleneck
These Super-T turtleneck shirts are perfect!
These Super-T turtleneck shirts are perfect! They fit snugly around my neck when on, yet they stretch so they can be pulled easily over my head! The colours are perfect too. The navy shirt is true navy. The "bright red" shirt is a true scarlet. The fabric is cotton, yet so fine is could pass for cashmere. The navy and black shirts were made in Jordan. The white, red, and light blue shirts were made in Vietnam, yet they are identical. This speaks well for the design and quality control at Lands' End. Delivery was very prompt. The TSA who took my order was helpful and knowledgable.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
These are THE BEST. I wasn't paying attention when I ordered these shirts. I only noticed they were long sleeved t-shirts. When the arrived I saw they were turtlenecks. I thought of sending them back, but I'm very grateful I didn't. The weather has been so harsh this winter that these shirts have helped keep my neck warm when I'm outside. They are VERY comfortable. I LOVE them.

Bought 3 Men's Super-T Turtlenecks in Medium-Tall (blue, red, evergreen) and am very happy with them.I wear them under sweaters,(especially good under wool sweaters which can be somewhat itchy),and love the way they look with a V-neck sweater. Also wear them under fleece pullovers and crewneck sweatshirts. I am 6ft./160 lbs. and the medium/tall fits perfectly! I've found that they do shrink slightly after washing and the Tall provides that little bit of extra length I need in the sleeves. The turtleneck fits nicely around my neck, neither too tight nor too loose. ~ Highly recommended!

I like this turtleneck. I wish I loved it.
I've worn Lands' End turtlenecks since the early 70's. I thought those earlier versions were a better value than the current ones, because the sleeves and bottom hem were a little longer, the fabric seemed heavier and softer, and the neck was seamless (in fact, the seamless neck was one of the features that Lands' End touted in their marketing). That said, quality is very good, and the fit of the body is right - not too baggy, not too tight. I wish the bottom hem was a little longer, because some of the shirts don't stay tucked in. I also like the sleeves a little bit longer, so that my wrists stay covered when I stretch out my arms.

EXCELLENT...A GREAT PRODUCT AT A FAIR PRICE
Have worn these for years. A winter staple. Excellent quality, fit and holds its color. Can't go wrong.

Gone is the heyday of Land's End's fabulous turtlenecks! Taking it out of the package, the material felt cheap and, indeed, there is nothing fancy about this shirt. It feels like a cheap t-shirt that has arms and a neck. Yet the price is much higher than it deserves to be. I used to love Land's End turtlenecks. No more. In fact, this shirt is so sketchy, I think I'm done shopping at Land's End.

At last I have , in mu eightieth year, a place that has clothes for normal size (6'2" 175 lbs) people. Plus great quality.

The turtle neck is as descrbed, soft cotton and the correct size
The turtleneck was exactly what I expected. The material was excellent and it definitely seems to be well constructed.

Great for layering
I first purchased this shirt for my husband a few years ago. It was the only turtleneck I could find in a tall. I have bought him a new one each year. The oldest are starting to look a little ragged, but they have certainly been used and abused. Great for layering if you work outdoors. My husband wears them daily all winter long. They wash nice and hold their shape. Like other reviewers, I have also noticed a change in the thickness of the fabric. The new version is a bit thinner than ones I bought years ago.

Product has become poor in all aspects.
I have purchased this product for MANY years. The current product is of poor quality. This assessment is based on the fact that the cotton material is thin and the neck fit is horrible. The most important part of a turtleneck is the neck fit. The current product does not hold its shape at all and having a neck seam make it look cheap.
Past turtlenecks from Lands End ( which I still have to compare to todays product ) were of high quality thick cotton fabric and contained 6% LYCRA IN THE NECK PORTION. The decision to move away from the 6% LYCRA use is the single most significant problem with turtlenecks now.
Current reviews of this product support this assessment.
It would be to the benefit of both customers and Lands End to go back to producing a quality turtleneck with 6 % LYCRA in the neck to insure a proper and consistent snug fit!
