Men's Knit Boxer Briefs
Men's Boxer Briefs
Lands End men's boxer briefs have always been my favorite but the new 100% cotton brief with the so-called lower rise are a totally different product and for me they are not acceptable. Rather than lower rise, they are a much higher rise and are uncomfortable no matter how worn. I will need to look for another brand of briefs.

Excellent product on initial impression
My son hasn't used the boxer briefs long enough for me to rate them unequivocally five-star. "I would recommend this product," again, because it looks and feels right, but I think these reviews should be solicited several months after purchase. Right out of the package they're soft and sturdy feeling. My teenager likes them very much for comfort.

Been my choice for many years, no complaints
these have been my everyday briefs for many years, and they never disappoint. Good fit, wear well.

I bought these for my son, who has recently outgrown "Big Kid" sizes. These are made with the quality Landsend is known for. I got him size 30 in grey. I hesitated over the price, but am glad I went ahead and bought them. Now that I've washed them several times, I am very pleased with my purchase. Actually, these seem like a bargain because they are so well-made.

You shouldn't believe for a moment that these are "now lower rise." The band almost reaches up to my navel. So when wearing them, either the band is too high on my belly, or if I slide the band down, the crotch hangs too low. Also, the band is cheap and folds over more easily than any other boxer briefs I've ever worn.

Favorite Boxer Ever
These are my favorite boxers ever (I wear black). They are the only ones I will wear. Period.

These briefs are longlasting
Many competitors offer only s-m-l-xl sizing, but LE offers more exact sizing, so that for me, a 36 is a 36, not 36-38. This of course means a better fit. Also the cotton is super soft and holds up extremely well after countless washings. These beat Jockey, Calvin, etc., by a mile, in my opinion.

Not shaped like a person
I ordered these in my regular (big&tall) size; too large, they fell off. I returned the first set (kudos to Lands End for taking them back), got one size down. These are tight in the leg, loose in the waist, short in back, long in front, and fall down while I'm walking. I'm not bothering to exchange this set, just throwing them away. Avoid.

I don't need seams embedded in my butt
The product description makes no mention of the thick seams running through the seat of these underwear. They're intensely uncomfortable and seem to serve no useful purpose. The edges of the waistband are sharp and dig into the skin, as the fit runs a bit tight.
These aren't up to the standard of the Land's End boxers I used to buy years ago. It's like sleeping on a pillow case that has creases in it, and you wake up with lines dug in your face.

It was time for new underwear. I tried Haines, Fruit of the loom, and even Kirkland. Only Lands' End provided underwear in my actual waist size. It fits beautifully. Thank you!
