Girls' Long Sleeve Scalloped Edge Space Graphic T-shirt
Good - but plus sizes needed
My daughter loves the STEM related shirts for GIRLS!
From a mom standpoint - the fabric is a bit thin, but typical of girl tshirts. I would prefer heavier fabric, but this seems to be the norm. The shirts seem to be well made. My biggest complaint is that you don't carry them in plus sizes. An XL is longer, but not really any bigger across than a Large. As my daughter has more broad shoulders and chest - a Plus option would probably fit better.

Like other reviewers, my 4th grade daughter asked daily when her NASA shirt would arrive. She put it on immediately and then asked why I didn't order her all 3 designs! Keep up the good work with the cool shirts for girls (maybe make them a little bigger as these do tend to run just a bit small).

Awesome science shirt! (for girls)
Thank you Land's End for stepping up with STEM t-shirts for girls. While I wish we could just have ?T-shirts?, at least having some science based T?s in the girls section is a good start. My daughter has been asking almost every day for a month (since I pre-ordered the shirt) "when will my planet shirt get here?" It arrived yesterday and is exactly what we were hoping for. She promptly named off all the planets in order. Although it took a moment to find Pluto, "It is the smallest planet after all mom." The fabric is thick enough for no jacket in an Alaskan fall. We were particularly impressed with how the sun looks "real", complete with solar flares. She is a tall (48") thin (52 lbs) 6 year old and the size S Big girls worked great.

Runs a bit small, but awesome shirt.
First of all, everything everyone else said is echoed here--great theme, great that you're responding to customers and embracing STEM themes for girls, etc. I'll also add that I love the colors, and I also like the fitted cut of the shirt--it's not like a boxy boy's shirt. However, is runs a bit small, IMO. My daughter just turned 3 and she is 40' tall (96th percentile) and 34lbs (79th). We ordered a 4 since that's the size she wears in your uniform shirts, but this shirt is cut a lot more narrow, so we will have to send it back for a size 5 or 6. That said, can't wait for her to wear it!

Hey Lands End! As a Mother of three girls I can't even begin to articulate how excited I am about these shirts! I find after girls reach age 7-8 they sharply veer away from pink and cutesy toward blue and more androgynous designs. Rarely do companies listen and respond BUT you have! I truly hope you continue to stock items throughout future seasons that offer a wide range of choice to all types of little girls. Just a tip from a Mom who knows, little girls LOVE all shades of blue, the more blue the better.

cool solar system graphic Tshirt
One of my daughter's great aunts was the first woman Mission Operations Manager at NASA, and another of her great aunts was the first woman to receive an Engineering master's degree in Colombia. It's good to see mainstream culture catch up with our family ;-)

daughter won't take off galaxy but please make arms looser
Don't need to repeat the joy in finding a space shirt for my gal (which she wears constantly despite the warm days) but I do want to request that Lands End review the design or manufacturing a bit closer and keep the arms of these shirts from being so tight. Why do girls clothes need to be so fitted? My daughter doesn't need Plus size but often can't wear her size in these shirts because of tight arms. A size bigger just looks bad because of long arms and torso. You might have more sales if you cater to more than just the thinnest of girls. Thanks for the great designs tho!!

My daughter loves the graphic. I am very happy to see LE making girl's sized shirts with graphics that represent the interests of all our girls. Now, please make shirts with outdoor themes: surfing, hiking, climbing, biking, etc.

Great shirt -- now add more to the science line!
I am always pleased with the fit and quality of the graphic ts. I am happy to see some science themed ts for girls. My daughter who waffles between wanting to be a paleontologist and a marine biologist would love to see some of the designs in the boys offerings on a girl fit shirt. A squid perhaps or a triceratops

My aspiring scientist (age 6) loves science AND sparkles. This shirt, along with the sequin saturn, are going to rock her world! The only thing I'd change is the decal-type application of the design. I wish the design was more naturally integrated into the color of the t-shirt, instead of being an obviously rectangular heat-transfered image. But my daughter won't care about that.
