Boys' Iron Knee® Pull-on Canvas Pants
Great pants for boys with special needs
These pants are great for my son that is potty training. My son has special needs and these are perfect for him. They are true to size and look great on him.( I do have to adjust the length for him). Great pants to get for children with Down Syndrome. His belly is larger and I purchase the husky for a great fit. Love these pants, second pair just ordered and will order a couple more pair as the winter season approaches.

Great fit (10 husky). Love the adjustable waistband. Haven't been worn yet so can't judge durability, but seem like they would take the wear.

I have gotten these pants for my son in the past and continue to buy them. They are true to size, fit well and hold up well from washing. The color doesn't fade. They are nice as casual dress or for a school performance or at church, etc. They fit well for a boy who is more on the husky side - they don't bind or pinch.

they are a nice quality pant and come in slim. Only had to hem them up to fit.

Comfortable pants that stand up to boys
We bought these for our 11 year old and they hold up amazingly well. Sweat/track/running pants kept getting snags and holes every time he was outside. These pants stand up to rough play inside, out in the woods, even horseback riding. Our son likes the comfort of them and I love the durability and look. After our first pair, we came back for them in more colors and sizes for next year too!

Awesome- they last!
Love these for my boys. Get them in husky sizes for my thick waisted sons. Love that they are elastic. The fit is great- not tight, not baggy. Lasts a whole season. When they rip at the knees after several months of wear- I get them cut into shorts and they last another season! Have been using them for my 12 year old for last 3-4 years and just ordered a couple for my 8 year old.

My Son Likes Them A Lot
My son has these in two sizes and each in Navy and Field Khaki. They fit perfectly, are easy to pull on (he's lazy about buttons, snaps, and zippers), and nary a hole in the knee. Before, I had to throw out so many pants because of all of the knee holes my son managed to create. Now, no problem.
And these look nice--very presentable for going out to dinner at a decent restaurant.
My son likes clothes that are soft (sensory issues) and though these aren't like sweat pants, they are softer than others (even though I hang dry everything).
The Navy color has endured multitudinous washings (no dryings).
I use Biokleen's Bac-Out Stain and Odor Eliminator for the grass stains and it works really well.

These are comfy, Mom!
These pants are perfect for my clothes finicky 12 year old boy. It's difficult to find husky boy sizes that are pull on. My son has sensory issues with clothes. He hates anything denim, with a tag, or buttons, or zippers, or shirts with pockets and don't get me started on the socks with fuzzies inside that hurt his feet. Ugh!. The fit and style are good, I like the look and quality of these pants. These are the perfect pants and he loves them.

Finally - no more holes in our knees!
Love these pants - they are VERY heavy-duty material - which we like.
I *so* wish Lands End would add adjustable-waists to their pants (you know - the elastic in the waistband and the buttons like many other popular brands) cause only ONE of my kids can wear these pants as he is a 'normal' weight. My other two are height-normal but their waists are teeny-tiny and therefore I can only buy adjustable-waist pants. Otherwise I'd be buying MORE Lands End pants for them, love their durability!
And no - a drawstring is NOT the same thing. :)

The only recommendation I would make is to add the adjustable waistband to the little boys pants. My eldest grandson (5) is slender and tall, and blows through the knees of his pants...so the pants are great for durability, but I had to add D rings and webbing in order to make the waist adjustable.
