Hallelujah! Khakis for tall, thin young men!
If you're the mother of a tall, slim teenager, you know there are very few options out there for khakis. The 29Wx34L are perfect and this is the only place I've found them. The construction is high-quality and the material is substantial.
Thanks, Lands' End, for offering pants that are hem-to-order! My only recommendation is to make them easier to find on your website -- they weren't obvious in either the Boy's or Men's sections. Had to call LE customer service to ask, but as always, they were very helpful.

Looks sharp!
These chinos look sharp on my slim teenage son. Sizing options were great. Please offer in black.

Nice pants but the fit is small
I previously ordered the chinos with pockets on the outside of the legs and the size was perfect for my teenage son, but these pants run about an inch smaller in the waist. The quality looks good so we have order the next size up.

Yes and No
I've had the same experience with these pants 2 years in a row. I really hope someone at Lands End reads these reviews. The khaki is consistently larger than the navy. My 6'1", 140 lb. son really appreciates that Lands End makes these, as the other uniform supplier for his school does not (Cherokee). But 2 years in a row the navy comes quite a bit smaller than the khaki. Last year it wasn't a big deal, as the navy fit him at the beginning of the year (though not at all by 2nd semester), and the khaki were a bit big in the Fall, but okay in the Spring. This year I ordered during a sale in the early Summer, and when I had him try the pants on, in late Summer, the khaki were a tiny bit big (which is fine, since he's not quite 17, and still growing), and the navy were too tight and too short. I ordered the 32 waist, 32 3/4 inseam. When I measured the pants myself, the khakis were almost a 33 waist and a 33 inseam. The navy pants were a 31 waist and a 31 1/2 inseam. WHAT? And WHY? Irritating.

need expanded colors
Hope someone in power reads this. Please add other colors. Black, grey. brown, etc. Very few options out there for slim athletic teens. Unfortunately will have to go to G** to get other colors. Last year purchased boys size to get proper waist, however son said they weren't comfortable in rise.

SO glad to find uniform pants for my very skinny high-schooler!
Expanding the line to include black would make these the perfect pants !
