Description

Inspired by one of Wisconsin's historic innovators.

  • Doubleweave twill cotton
  • Interior menswear seam taping
  • Lapel collar
  • Anchor embossed buttons
  • Double-button front
  • Chest and side welt pockets
  • Back vent
  • Unlined
  • Hits at hip

Design: Inspired by Wisconsin native Frank Lloyd Wright and his remarkable attention to detail, which is seen throughout the entire blazer. Instead of using wool we opted for a more low-maintenance material and designed ours with durable cotton that has a dobby texture. We paid close attention to detail and used anchor embossed buttons, interior menswear-inspired seam taping and traditional welt pockets on the hips and left chest.

Material: 100% cotton. Antiqued brass hardware. Machine wash. Imported.

Fit & Size Information

Women's Wright Navy Blazer 4 5 1 1
Stylish Navy Blazer I admit that I have a weakness for preppy navy blazers, so I couldn't resist adding this one to my ever-growing collection. Overall, I'm pleased, but not thrilled. Pros: nicely tailored, great classic style, cotton fabric, nice heavier weight. Cons: too pricey, novelty buttons (anchors), unlined. As for fit, I found it to be a little roomy in my regular size, which makes sense because it appears to be more of an outerwear piece. This is a very versatile jacket and you'll feel very stylish wearing it dressed up or down. However, I'm giving it only four stars because it's unlined and therefore, overpriced. The anchor buttons also limit how the jacket can be worn. September 24, 2012
