Description

The waterproof boot you'll be glad to have.

  • Waterproof rubber construction
  • EVA padded footbed
  • Rubber outsole

It's called a "Wellie", the famous rubber boot style named after the Duke of Wellington, the boot that generations of smart gardeners and others have depended on to keep their feet dry in water, mud and muck. This one's construction is waterproof so you can play in puddles to your heart's content, has an EVA cushioned footbed and rubber outsole. A boot this fun and functional might have you singing in the rain, garden or just about anywhere. Wellie Boot has a modern, slim-fitting shaft. Shaft opening circumference is 15" in size 6, 15 3/8" in size 7, 15 3/4" in size 8, 16 1/8" in size 9, 16 1/2" in size 10 and 16 15/16" in size 11. Imported. Note: half-size customers should order up to next whole size. For example, size 8 1/2 should order size 9.

Good fit and nice look but don't last - poor quality. Unfortunately both of these boots had tears in the rubber after only 1 year. And I didn't even wear them that much. Very disappointed at the bad quality. It's not what I would expect/hope from Lands End. January 28, 2013
Great color These boots are tall and very tight through the calf unless you have skinny legs December 22, 2012
This is a good looking rain boot, but is narrow fitting in the shaft. The shoe part of the boot fits true to size, but the upper part is too tight for wider calves. I ordered 2 sizes and found the larger (one whole size up) sized boot was loose in the shoe part and the shaft fit snugly. Unfortunately that leaves no room to tuck pants into it, which was the whole purpose of my purchasing rain boots. So I will be returning them. December 22, 2012
For women with long, skinny calves only These boots are very attractive and appeared well-made, but I have muscular calves and could not pull the boots up. They are very tall and the rubber has no give (no gape means no water can get in so I suppose this is a good thing). I usually have trouble with tall boots, but not ones from Land's End. If you have trouble finding dress boots that are wide enough around the calf as I do, these are probably not for you either. But I liked the way the boots looked a lot so if you've got svelte calves, you may want to give them a try (I can't recommend them because I never got them all the way on!). December 8, 2012
Perfect Fitting Rain boot! I'm a size 6.5 - 7 and always order 7's for boots. I also have a calf width of 13.5" -- HOWEVER, most fashion boots (i.e. riding boots) seem to fit too snug around my leg to work well with thick socks & jeans. These however DO work well with skinny pants, leggings, wool socks, you name it! They transition perfectly from summer/fall days into winter and still look sleek, not wide & bulky like other wellies. Over the past 3 years they've help up perfectly - still soft & dry in the inside. Wish I could find leather boots that fit so well. November 14, 2012
Fit well, but faded I got these boots last year in the shiny black. Loved them, they fit well, perfect for me. Unfortunately, the boots have totally faded they now look black with a white washed finish. I had not left them in the sun or stored improperly. For that reason, I would not purchase again. It's too bad because otherwise, I really liked them. November 8, 2012
Kept me warm and dry I bought these to wear to look cute on our weekend getaway to the mountains. Little did we know that one week later we would be cleaning my parents' flooded home after Hurricane Sandy and these boots kept me dry and toasty warm. I have wellies from other stores that leak constantly, but these were workhorses. One note - I could have sized down (I wear a 6.5 and bought a 7) but it didn't bother me to have them larger because I will likely wear thick socks. November 7, 2012
It fits very wide for petite women I am 5'2" and this boot is huge for me! It's almost to the bottom of my knee and it makes it a bit hard to manage around in them. It's well insulated for rain and mud. so that's a plus. But I don't like the fact that I couldn't get it on my size (7.5) so I had to go higher to 8 and it just fits too big. If you're taller and with an exact shoe size (rather than half sizes) then this is the boot for you. If not, then look elsewhere. October 31, 2012
really liked the boot well made. I loved how the boot was made. If you have short legs beware. It came up too high and I could not wear them . September 4, 2012
comfortable but poor quality I wore these boots to walk my dog on rainy days. Sadly, they developed a small leak after several months. Then the leak turned into a large crack making them unusable. May 29, 2012
