Not TRUE Navy
While the pants were a little big, I would have exchanged them if it were not for the color. I would say they are "Drab Navy" or "Washed Out Charcoal". I put them under a full spectrum light bulb and did not see any blue shade in them at all. I asked someone who had been in the real navy, the military service. Both of us agreed this is not Navy color. It's indistinguishable from a dull black. I liked the actual Black better in the discontinued style, which I'd wish they'd bring back, but I already own a pair so I asked for a refund. Fortunately, Lands' End has a great refund policy so I'll get my money back but will have to pay one shipping.

Great fit, beautiful slacks!
These fit nicely and look great. Can be dressed up or down!

runs small
Part of the reason that I love Lands End is the sizes usually run true or a little large. Who doesn't want to wear a 12 when she is a 14? These were not even the 14. Sorry, some one goofed on the sizing.

I'll be returning these pants.
The fit is okay, but the cut is (for me) quite unflattering. The waist is considerably lower on me than on the model in the picture, and the rise is too short.

Nice Wool Pants
I am relatively pleased with this pant. It is very difficult to find a lined pant these days, so one that has some wool in it as well as being lined is a plus. As for the fit, I ordered a True Navy size 4 and It fits well over the hips but a little loose at the waist. I think a size 2 would be too small, so will deal with the size 4. I am awaiting the delivery of a black size 4 pant.

Needs better range of sizes, but GREAT item
This should be a staple in your wardrobe! It's a fantastic product. Trying to buy them as uniforms for staff, and they don't come in tall, or in size 2 (with long enough inseam). Only recommendation is to widen the range of sizes provided! Great product!

Straight-up good fit
These pants are exactly what I was looking for, a true straight fit. I have size 4 hips and thighs and a size 6 waist, which means I have a hard time finding pants that fit. I ordered a size 4 in these and they fit just right. The waist isn't too tight and the hips/thighs aren't too big. The fabric is great, wash and dry and no ironing necessary. (I wish they made a short-sleeve sheath dress out of this fabric, I'd buy a couple of those.) My two complaints are that the pocket openings gap a bit and don't lie flat and the tab at the waist is a good inch or two longer than necessary. They aren't perfect, but I definitely like them enough I'd buy another pair. (A khaki color would be nice!)

Tall sizes discontinued?
These pants were great but now tall sizes have been discontinued?!

First, thank you LE for finally bringing back a professional looking pair of pants for women with such quality.
Excellent cut, style and quality. Only draw back is they only have it in 3 color choices..blue, black, gray. I bought the blue and black. Great navy color. Great pant to wear with sweater, shirt, jacket. Universal pant that extends the professional wardrobe. I have been disappointed in LE over that last 4 years due to their selection on professional attire for women. LE, please, bring back more of this type and style.

Good quality, poor fit
Was really excited to purchase this. I bought both the blazer and the pants to wear as a suit, and while the quality seems really good, the fit is weird. I'm a size 2petite as most stores, so that's what I bought- while it's true to size for me (for once!!), the fit is just odd- the blazer is boxy and not at all flattering and the straight pants also don't fit well. They have a huge gap in the waist, and the fit on the hips is not flattering, but this may just be because of my figure. The curvy fit maybe a better idea..This suit is going back.
