Love these shoes
I ordered these in Wild Fushia, size 8.5. I usually wear an 8.5 but sometimes take a 9. My feet are narrow near the toes. The 8.5 fit perfectly. They do not flop off my heels. They have absolutely zero support, but I did not expect them to. I got them on sale. Great style, great price, great quality.

Great shoes but fit is wide
I love the shoes, but as mentioned in previous reviews, they do run wide. I wear other styles of Lands End shoes and normally fit is perfect. I would order a 1/2 size down if you have a narrow foot. Otherwise I am satisfied with the shoes.

Another Land's End shoe failure
These were ordered in spite of negative reviews about the heel width. Unfortunately, the reviewer was correct; they are extremely wide at the heel and would flop when walking. I will be returning them.
Otherwise, they were attractive and appeared well made, although I thought the soles felt excessively stiff.

Vanessa is a well-made shoe; exceptional bargain at sale price
I picked up a pair of Vanessa shoes for my Mom, who is going on a trip and needed a nice pair of slip-on shoes for travel, parties and church. These are well-made and comfortable shoes, according to her, if you have a B-width foot and a normal arch. They break in quickly with a bit of natural wear around the house.
Small Caveats: The whip-stitch trim needed a bit of softening with some lotion and bit of rubbing the first day. We were surprised that the cut of the shoe meant stepping down a half-size for the best fit. Otherwise, you will love Vanessa, especially the earth tone colors.

Another Great Pair of Shoes
I bought these shoes with another style of Land's End shoes and I can't say enough good things about them. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in case one pair didn't fit or I didn't like. However, I kept both pairs. I love this style and the other style and they both fit perfectly. Thank you.

Not the fit for me
The Vanessa shoe arrived and looked great, and then I tried it on. The toe box was too tight ( I ordered a 9 1/2 wide, my usual size) and the heel kept slipping off as I walked. I tried these on with a very thin sock. I think I am done ordering shoes online. They never fit right.

Classy shoe
This is a great looking shoe. For me, a 7.5 was true to size. I have a narrow foot, so it your foot is wide the toe area could be snug. It is not a flexible shoe, but I find it quite comfortable.

Looks great
I decided to get half a size smaller than my normal 9.5 because I recommendations of other customers. I am glad I did! The length is perfect. I have worn them with casual pants and worked well with that outfit. Also, they are really pretty.
