Nice Wool, Poor Fit
Anytime I have bought gloves, I usually buy a size small. However, I ordered a size L/XL based on my hand measurements on the LE chart - I've never been a size large in a glove before! These were huge - I should have trusted my instinct and ordered my usual size small. Also, they were flared at the ends of the fingertips. I am sending them back and will not re-order the smaller size as the fingertips would still be a concern. Too bad, because I really liked how they looked on the website.

Love the heather colors + texture; hate the non-tapered fingertips.
Love the heather color and the second complimentary color on these gloves. Also love the long, over the wrist length. The texture pattern is nice too.
I am in between a Small-medium and a L/XL. I ordered the L/XL and the fingers in the gloves are longer than my fingers. What I really do not like is this really shows the weakest, most unattractive part of these gloves--the finger tips are not tapered and flattering...The fingertips in these gloves almost splay out a tiny bit width-wise in the tips. (Look closely at the photo and you will see what I mean...also, the model in the catalog is not showing the fingertips--either her hand is in her pocket or she has bent her fingers and this part of the glove does not show) This might not show if your fingers are long enough to fill the glove, but since my "fingertips" are "empty" the splaying shape at the tips really shows. These gloves are too pricey not to be flattering. Will have to return them.
