Couldn't be better...Seriously
I bought one of these shirts in the later fall, and I have worn it almost every single day. I am not exaggerating. It still looks new, not one tiny pill of the fabric. It is warm, but not oppressive. I wear it all day in a chilly office: while it is on the casual side, it still looks nice enough to meet our business casual dress code. I sincerely wish I had many more of these, but I did not like the color choices this year. Hopefully Lands' End will keep the style and fabric identical next year and offer a more fashion forward color palette. And then I will buy them ALL!

Loved it so much, I own 5 of them!
I live in a cold climate and keep the themostat at 68 degrees during the day. These lighter weight tops are absolutely perfect to keep me cozy around the house. I'm 5'3 and 165 and usually wear a petite large, but I upsized to an XL just because I like to be baggy at home! Highly recommend. (BTW--heads up on the white--your undies will show through!)

Warm but light weight
I love these shirts. I own a half dozen of them. They are soft and warm without being bulky. The colors are great as well. I don't think they fit small. I'd say they are true to size. They are a feminine fit, not boxy. I think they are flattering and I wear an extra large.

One of my favorites shirts!
I have owned two of these fleece shirts for about 1 year and just purchased three more recently. I love them because you can wear them with or without layers. These are so soft, easy to care for, and warm without bulk. I can wear them with jeans or casual work attire. I ordered up one size just in case they ran small or I wanted to wear a shirt underneath and was glad I did. I like my clothese loose so this may not be for everyone. I wash them in cold water and hang dry. After one year, my two original shirts have not shrunk, pilled, or discolored. I highly recommend this shirt and look forward to future purchases.

One in every color
At this point I own about 5 or 6 of these fleeces. They are awesome! Perfect weight to wear on a cool day with just a tee or long sleeve shirt underneath. Customize with embroidery to make them even more unique. They do seem to shrink just a bit so although I usually wear a medium I order these in a large.
