Painfull to wear
These sandals hurt the top of my foot so much I will not be wearing them again. The problem area is where the straps meet on the upper section of the sandal. They sit on the bone of my foot and are so uncomfortable walking around the office is painful. I find my feet also slide back in these no matter how loose or tight the straps are. Overall a very disappointing purchase.

Highly Recommended
Gravity does not favor feet, which bear the brunt of its force. Neither do concrete sidewalks or floors. These sandals counteract those forces. They are wonderfully comfortable and an incredible relief to sore feet. They fit true to size. The price can't be beat. Although the sandals do have a chemical odor at the outset, that odor disappears after a few wearings. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, casual sandal
Got these in gunmetal in my usual size 8 regular width. Can't say it's a pretty color, but I ordered it because it's a neutral gray that works with the colors I mostly wear (blues, pinks, white, navy). The fit is good in both the length and width (true to size). The padded footbed and rubber sole makes this a comfortable sandal to walk around in. My only complaint is the leather straps are rather rough and don't feel at all soft against my bare feet. I hope the straps become more pliable after a few wearings.

I actually had to return these sandals as they were too small but they are extremely well made.
These appear to be very well made. Unfortunately they do not come in a size 7.5 and size 7 is just a little too small and size 8 woiuld be too big.

Great sandal..my 2nd purchase
I bought these sandals last year and wore them more than any others I had. I purchased this pair to start fresh. I love the style and they are very comfortable. They fit perfectly. Not narrow and not wide but they can be adjusted.

too small
I really like the style but they were way to small even though they were the right size. I ordered an 11 but they fit like 10, Had to send back

Lump on the heel of foot bed
These sandals are attractive and would have worked well except for the awful lump on the heel of the foot bed. They were very uncomfortable.

Eh
These are a bit wide - I have a slightly narrow foot and it was slipping back and forth a bit in these. The "contoured" foot bed is actually more lumpy than shaped - it's not soft, just bumpy. I would think that would be pretty uncomfortable over a period of hours, but I'm going to wear them around the house to try them out. And the leather looks cheaper than in the photo (I got the saddle brown).
Having said that, they do have some support and I didn't have any trouble with the buckle rubbing, as did other reviewers.

Super cute, great fit but a bumpy footbed
I have 3 pair of older LE style sandels like these that I have worn to death so thought this new version in gunmetal would be a great addition. I wear a size 8 and these are perfect in width and length. The footbed has raised nubs I guess for messaging but I find them annoying and almost digging into my flesh.. I'm going to try them in the house and hoping i'll continue to love them even with the unnessary nubs.

Comfy but...
I ordered these in a 9w in the luggage tan. The color is very nice and the foot bed is very comfortable but the buckle digs in to my ankle. I tried adjucsting it a few times but it never got better so back they will go. As a previous reviewer noted the sandlals do have a funny smell.
