Design: Cut from soft velvet with a bit of stretch to hug your body just right. We used a straight waistband to create sharper symmetry. And we shaped the legs to be super skinny, creating a lean silhouette.

Heads up — to keep these pants from painting your entire wardrobe, lock in the color with a quick, cold wash. Then it won’t rub you the wrong way.

Material: 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Machine wash. Imported.

Women's Super Skinny Velvet Pants 3 5 1 1
Super Skinny Yes, but Super Fabulous, No At this price tag, I was expecting a plush velvet, but fabric seems thin and insubstantial. And the front pockets are not actually pockets. Beware, also, that these pants run at least one size too small. I usually wear a 4 in LE but am now stuffing myself into an 8. These are going back, which is sad, because it's a nice cut and the color is hard to find. At least they got the color right. December 7, 2012
