It has sort of a retro air, yet feels modern at the same time. The portrait collar is so cool: modest in front, then dipping (surprise!) to a V in back. (Always nice when a dress can startle in a good way.) And the fabric is a soft and summery as they come. 60% linen/39% rayon-viscose/1% spandex. Machine wash. Imported.

Beautiful!
I purchased this dress in navy and am wearing today for the first time. The dress ironed up very nicely, it fits perfectly, looks wonderful, is very comfortable, and I have had many compliments. The style is just a classic! I also ordered the coordinating belt and it too looks awesome! I would highly recommend this dress.

I love the dress!
I bought this to wear to a wedding. I received so many complements on the color and the style of the dress. The fit is perfect, I believe it is true to size. The linen is very comfortable and looks elegant. It's fully lined as well which makes life a lot easier. Oh and it has pockets which is really nice too.

This dress is a lovely addition to a summer wardrobe.
The dress was not form fitting, which is perfect for the warmer weather. The color is unique and lovely. I love the portrait collar and the V in back is modest. Lined, with pockets made it just right. I wore it to the Superintendent's reception during graduation at West Point and dressed it up with pearls and pumps. It will look great with sandals in a less dressy setting.

"Perfect Dress"
I too, purchased this dress for my son's upcoming graduation. I was skeptical at first, but when it arrived I was estactic. The material is wonderful, it is fully lined and it hits right at the knee or maybe a touch above. The color is just as it appears in the picture. I also purchased the hanging pearls and leather belt as shown in the catalog. I wanted to complete the look. It definitely fits true to size and if I must say so it is picture perfect. I love the way the collar drops in the back. I can't wait to wear it. I don't think you will be disappointed. So go for it if you've been thinking about it....

Perfect Dress
This dress runs a little big. I returned my ususal size and bought one size smaller. Smaller fit was perfect. The material is a very nice, comfortable linen. The Emerald Bay color is very pretty and true to its picture. The dress makes you feel great. It is one I will wear to weddings, special events or just out to church or dinner. You can dress it up or down.

Some size info on this cute dress
I am a pear shape, size 10-12 on top and 12-14 on the bottom. Ordered a size 10, since dress appeared to be a-line at the bottom. Size 10 fit nicely, still a little big around the waist. Not tight anywhere even in a 10, and no shapewear required due to full cut and nice fabric. I considered having it tailored, but will probably leave it loose fitting as that's cooler during the summer. Great color, beautiful fabric, dress makes you feel pretty! Hit a little above my knee at 5'6". Really nice dress, consider going to a smaller size, and you'll be good to go!

Beautiful dress
A joy to wear. This dress fits as if it was made for me, and feels so comfortable I could wear it all day. The neckline is very flattering, and I particularly like the view from the back. I have broad shoulders and like the way the V back disguises this fact. I am 5'3" 136lbs and bought the size 8 in regular length, as I don't think my knees are a good feature and look better covered!

Beautiful color, but fit around the waist is bit odd
The color and collar are beautiful. But the fit at the waist is bit off. Fabric gaps a bit. Can be remedied with a wide belt.

The Ideal Dress
On a day when it was 95 degrees outside, I walked into a packed after-work reception at a hotel ballroom and immediately the compliments began flying from people I knew and even some I didn't know: " What a great dress...what a great color!" "is that linen? But it's not wrinkled. Mmmm. So soft!" With its portrait collar and kelly green color and over-all shape (and POCKETS!), it is a dream dress. In all that heat and humidity, it hardly wrinkled, unlike most linen. Please make it with 3/4 sleeves in a jersey or similar for the fall/winter. And offer some deep, bright colors.
It's true to size, just below the knee on my 5'2" plus-size build. The loose but defined waistline is so magical that, although it would look different on a taller woman, it didn't cause the bulkiness that some dresses do for a shorty. I could have taken a 16 or an 18. And the color and collar are so classic, attractive and Jackie-O-like that no one noticed my too-ample arms, and for once, I didn't feel self-conscious in a sleeveless. Wow.
