Very large fit
Since most Lands End women's clothing is made very big, I ordered a petite medium.
It fit like a regular size large with very long sleeves. The material was very nice but
unfortunately, I had to return it.

useful spring jacket
I am not tall and slim like the model but it fits me nicely, sleeves the right length etc, although the jacket is longer on me than the model - as I stand 5'4" that's usual. It is very useful at this time of year in Montreal when the sun is warm, melting snow banks so we are surrounded by a lot of cold water. It also fits nicely under a waterproof to provide useful warmth during showers of wet snow or freezing rain. I like wearing silk scarves or collared shirts so the neckline works well for me. Well made and well finished.

Cuddly jacket
Just received this today, and I LOVE it. I am 5'2" and 110lbs, and the Petite XS fits perfectly. Sleeves are a tad on the short side, but that is preferable to the other problem I usually have (too long). Shape is a bit of a straight shape with a slight cocoon/bubble effect due to the roomy body, and is definitely not shaped to flare at the bottom, which is a plus for me since I do not like the flare shape. The fabric is a bit stiff out of the bag but hoping that a good steam with my commercial clothes steamer will loosen it up a bit. Overall very cute and I will look forward to wearing it dressed up with black trousers and turtleneck, or with jeans/t-shirt to run errands.

It's nice just not what I expected
With the zipper, snaps, lining, leather and stiff wool sherpa this feels more like a coat than a jacket. And with the very plain neckline you really have to wear a scarf so now you're looking bundled up to go outside! I still like it and may keep it because I've got a trip coming up where a lightweight coat might come in handy but if you're thinking of wearing this to work as a jacket you may not like it. The fit is quite roomy up top but it could use a little bit of a flare at the bottom. If I just use the snaps they pop open at the bottom after a little moving around.
