The full name for the fabric is “ponté di roma.” It’s a double knit with just the right body for dresses and skirts that work year-round — by themselves when it’s warm, layered when it’s not. This sheath style follows your curves without ever feeling tight. And the princess seams and diagonal pockets make it slimming, indeed. 67% rayon/28% nylon/5% spandex. Machine wash. Imported.

I love this dress
I love this dress. The quality, fit, construction is perfect. I love the length as well. I was afraid I bought the wrong size, but when I tried it on, I absolutely adored it. I want to get another dress. The red is my next favorite, but I already have a red dress with similar shape. I feel silly getting another dress so similar, so maybe I will go for the blue. I would love the dress in navy or a pretty green. I love the pockets too. To use the phrase from another review: this is the perfect dress: very comfortable and practical while still looking chic

Great Dress, Good Value
I needed a dress that I could wear now and then for more serious events, and had been searching high and low at the best stores in town and willing to pay designer prices but could never find what I wanted - something simple but a little classy. I'm very pleased with the style, quality, and fit - and great price. I purchased a 2-4 in petite, and am actually more of a size 3, petite, and like my clothes to have a little room for comfort and grace. My husband was impressed when he saw me in the dress and reacted very positively, even complimented me on my figure!

the perfect dress
I love this dress, I wish they had my size in other colors, I would definitely buy more. The material is stretchy but thick so it has some structure to it and looks very nice. The dress fits true to size and is very flattering. It shows off my figure without being tight anywhere. I love the pockets, they are a useful size. This is the perfect dress: very comfortable and practical while still looking chic.

Love This Dress! Purchased Two!
Yes I did!!!! I purchased two of these dresses - one in navy blue and one in a lighter color blue. The dress is very comfortable and wears well. The material is great and is not flimsy! Wish that other colors that I like were a available! You won't regret this one.

Really surprised by the high ratings
This dress looked cheap, gapped in weird places and I don't typically buy clothing with pockets because it makes my hips look wider. However, on the model the pockets looked like they were in front. When I put it on though the pockets were on my hips and didn't lay flat. Ordered my size and one size up. Neither fit well. Not worth it even though it's on sale.

please make in black
I love this dress! I got the concord blue but would love to have it in a basic black - it is comfortable for travel and would look good year-round with sweaters, etc. the blue is great but distinctive - hard to keep repeating! in black it could be a constant go-to staple

New favorite dress!
This material is amazing! This dress fits like a glove and hides the lumps and bumps. I wish I liked the other colors being offered because I'd love to wear one of these to work every day.

Shocked that it made my curvy ( bulging) body look great!
I had to hold myself back from ordering one in every color! Love it! I seldom wear dresses, so I don't needed another but if I worked in an office, this would be my go to dress in every color. Just as comfortable as others have described. Neckline was great - even tho I was worried it was a bit high. It feels & looks tailor made.
