I love this dress
I am very happy with this lovely silk dress. The button front is versatile (I am nursing a new baby), the silk is - well, silky - and the fit is good. I am small on top, and pretty slim, and usually get LE's smallest sizing, but size 4 petite works well on me so the fit is actually truer than most LE giant sizes. I am always looking for natural fabrics and was so happy to see a reasonably-priced silk dress.. While some reviewers have said the elastic at the waist is a poor design choice, and that the fit doesn't work on an hourglass shape, for me , a 5'3" -ish 110lb pear, with less of a waist than I had pre-babies, the elastic gives the dress a nice shape and the cut works well. The pattern is also good (I got the orange paisley) as it won't show marks. I am layering the dress over leggings with a cardigan now, but will feel good about wearing the dress by itself in summer. Hope this info helps other shoppers!

Elastic waistband cheapens a cute dress
I got the orange brick paisley, which is really more of a rust and the color/pattern is beautiful. The dress is adorable and will look great in the summer alone, or with tights and a sweater in colder weather. However, the elastic waistband really cheapens the dress, and the fabric isn't the best quality. I had to sew small beltloops into the dress to keep belt in place and hide the elastic-- at this price point, these details should be taken care of. I would not pay full price for this dress, but the online sale + promo code and free shipping made the price ok for me. I chose a size 4, which fits, a 2 would also have fit me (I'm 5'3" and 125#, very curvy hips but narrow shoulders/chest).
