Unflattering for hourglasses
Beautiful fabric, cute design, really wish it had been more flattering on me. As the other reviewer stated--this isn't meant for hour glass ladies. I just ended up looking all boxy. Plus, this dress has a crazy static problem, which I'm sure is exacerbated by dry winter air, but still! It keeps clinging to my backside and I can't seem to do anything about it. Definitely not a problem I want to worry about when wearing this around town.
Wish it had worked out, but back it goes.

Should have known this isn't for me!
Bought this in the red paisley, which is pretty, but this dress totally does not work for my hourglass figure. Bags out in the back, makes me look busty and hippy without emphasizing my waist. I should have known that the blousy top wouldn't work for me, but dang, the model looks so cute! This is going back.

So happy with this dress!
It's not exactly that easy to find an easy, breezy dress, but this one is great! The color is a deep, almost rusty red and the paisley pattern is gorgeous. It's cut well and made well and light. I'm so happy it's all silk and hand washable. It doesn't follow the size chart though, so I had to play around with the sizes until I found the right one. I have a 27" waist and 37" hips, so I ordered a 4 according to the chart, but it was much too roomy. I am smaller on top but there was a lot of material around the hips too, and the waist was loose. I ended up with a 0, which fits at the waist without stretching the elastic and is still roomy around the hips (sitting down too). Just wanted to share my sizing experience. So happy it worked. Love this dress!!!
