Women's Short Sleeve Straight Collar Oxford Sportshirt
the fit is awesome. not too clingy but shapely enough. i didn't find it overly boxy at all. I don't like shirts that hug my "curves" (every lump and bump). it's a really nice, basic short sleeve top that will get me through summer. i love it with some boyfriend jeans rolled up and cute slip on shoes. can be dressed up as well or worn under a blazer. i bought a M and i'm a roomy 10/small 12 in pants. I'm also busty with broad shoulders and i found that this is one of the few button down shirts that I don't have to pin to keep closed. I also do not have skinny arms so I appreciate sleeve. I generally wear tshirts through summer and find it really annoying to have to choose between a tshirt or a tank to survive the heat (which i'll NEvEr wear- blech). thanks, LE, for another option!

cool summer shirt
It is hard to find easy-care short sleeve shirts for women. I would prefer 100% cotton; poly cotton blends are hotter. But this is a nice-looking basic shirt that will go with any casual pants or skirt.

May as well buy a man's shirt
I love very plain looking tops but this one is just too manly in appearance. They should modify the style of this shirt a little bit. Maybe there should be a little curvature or slant in the sleeves or something.

I am a size 2x. This fits perfectly. Workmanship
and fabric are reminiscent of the old days before
Sears got involved with Lands' End. I'm very
pleased: I bought a second shirt in a different color.

This Oxford is a well made shirt. The size is a little big in the bodice for me but the sleeves are very comfortable. I called a Lands End rep. Before ordering to inquire about sleeve length and circumference. I was actually looking at a different shirt and she gave me information on several similar styles. This shirt is easy to care for and very comfortable.

I bought 3 of these in different colors
Casual, comfortable and i like the way the sleeve covers my arms. I wish they made it in Black and Brown and Navy.

NICE FABRIC, BUT...............
I gave it a 3 rating because of the sleeves, the fit I think is true to size. The fabric is nice, the body of the shirt fits o.k. (XL), but the sleeves (too big and wide) are made for a muscular man, or just a man. I ordered a few of these types of shirts hoping at least one of them would fit right as no two things are made the same way, no dice. In each case the sleeves just weren't cut and made right. If the sleeves were made for a womans arms and shoulders I would have kept them. On another shirt, similar style, sleeves were tapered and were too tight, on the other style like this sleeves were still cut too big and wide, but the fabric was wonderful - hated to return it.
I'm glad I have a Sears in my area at least I didn't have to waste my money on returning them.

Nice fabric and quailty construction. Overall good value.
I am 5'8" size 12 and the Medium fit perfectly. I'm wearing the white blouse with a black skirt as part of a uniform. I love the sleeve length and and the fact that the blouse is loose and comfortable. It's perfect for being outside in the hot Florida sun. Or anytime I want a neat appearance. Nice blouse.. will order another.

Never wore it.
Very big and boxy. Sleeves were an odd length. Color was faded. Give it away.

Great material but not true to its size
I am 5'2'' weighing 120 lbs. I bought Regular XS, though I was bit skeptical that there were no Petite size. I usually go for Petite XS at Lands End. I am very impressed with the color and the material but the sleeve opening is too broad and the shirt is bit oversize. My husband told me that it looked like men's shirt on me (for my petite frame). Would be great if LE has Petite sizes too. Otherwise no complaints.
