Well made, soft, a lands end classic!
This shirt is described as a uniform shirt. However, I purchased this blue oxford and a white one to wear to work. This is a soft, high quality blouse that launders beautifully and looks awesome with a lands' end scarf! They don't make women's' blouses of this quality anywhere.

Great shirt
This ended up being a great purchase. I ordered a small. When it arrived in the mail, I took it out, looked at it, and almost sent it back right away because I thought it looked huge. However, the next day I decided to at least try it on - it fit great. I think because the shirt doesn't have much (if any) stretch, it looks boxy and big but once you put it on it really fits beautifully. I usually wear it with a cardigan. Can be dressed up with nicer pants or casual with jeans, tucked in or out. Love the feminine touches - ruffles and shirring. Just for reference, I am 5'4" and weigh 120. The size small fit well with just a touch of extra room.

I like this shirt. I find it to be true to size.
The size I ordered fit perfectly. Good quality. I bought this to wear with jeans and to wear to work. I would recommend and purchase another in a different color.
