Description

Tip-top Pima.

  • Peruvian pima cotton is “soft as the hair of an angel”
  • Rib-knit collar won’t curl or lose its shape
  • Longer, narrower placket
  • Dressier hemmed sleeves
  • Neatly constructed side vents
  • Falls to mid hip

“Soft as the hair of an angel.” That’s how the Peruvian farmers who grow the cotton for our pima polos describe their product. Smooth, silky, long-staple cotton that creates a polo with a lustrous look, an undeniably soft feel. We give it a soft, feminine look, too — including a shapelier fit, a smaller, non-curling collar and dressier hemmed sleeves. 100% cotton. Machine wash. Imported.

Women's Short Sleeve Pima Polo Shirt 4.3 5 241 241
Like availability of longer length I like being able to order TALL since I like a longer length. The fabric is light weight but not so thin you can see through it. So far the shirt hasn't faded after 2 washings. Shrinkage is minimal. Would like more color choices. Showing the model with the shirt tucked in does not give a true picture of the shirt length which is an important consideration when I am ordering. May 16, 2013
Not quite as nice as last year's pima polos Material is a little lighter than in past year's pima polos. Also, sleeves are not banded, there are four buttons down front instead of three and there is no pretty polka dot seam inside the collar. Wish it came in ice pink (a much more flattering color than the light pink). Still a great go-to shirt. Celadon green is very pretty. May 15, 2013
This shirt is the perfect color and fit. Shirt does require touch-up ironing after being laundered. May 14, 2013
A Comfortable Shirt Although the material in this shirt is thin, it should be comfortable on a warm day. The color (green) is lovely and it is not as long as many LE shirts which I, at a Plus 5ft.1", cannot wear. I have only worn it once so far so do not now how it reacts to multiple washings. soft and fiits Loved the feel of the material. The fit is good and the top is long enough to tuck in but not too long to leave out. May 13, 2013
Love the texture! This fabric has such a wonderful feel! Definitely love it! I've washed the shirt once and can't notice any shrinkage. May 12, 2013
Soft as butter, but it's a shrinker! This is one of the comfiest shirts ever and fits true to size if you never wash it. After one wear and one wash & dry, it shrunk up 2" in length and 1/2" in the sleeves. I had purchased two separate colors; after ruining the first, I hung the second to dry and there was no shrinkage. My suggestion, buy one size up if you want to be able to throw it in the dryer. Very nice shirt! Perfect weight for summer weather! It fits nicely! Very soft and comfy! May 11, 2013
Fit seems much improved! Bought several polos last year which I had to return because even the petite small was big and very, very long. Theses are just right and the colors are great...very happy May 11, 2013
Lovely and soft Lands' End always produces great polo shirts. I practically live in them. They wash well, and are easy to iron. Keep up the good work. May 11, 2013
