What a great little dress!
This dress is ideal for work, travel, or just being at home. The fit is absolutely perfect, AND the dress is well made and suited to the average woman's size and body type. I am very pleased that I ordered it. If you want a casual and easy to manage little dress, go for this one!

Great fit
This dress is soft and fits perfectly. It lays nice and doesn't cling. Perfect for work or play.

love the dress
Do not like the tail hem. But love the dress. Fits good, great length, comfortable. If the hem was the same length all the way around it would be perfect. Gonna wear it anyway. Love it.

Classic dress, lose the tennis tail hem
I know I already complained about the tennis tail hem looking stupid on this classic LE dress over in my review of the pique polo dress , but I am going to mention it here too. By the way it looks like 20 ladies over in those reviews agreed with me and only one disagreed. Please go back to the regular hemline next year! :)
I bought the pima polo dress because I wanted a red one. This dress is very nice. I think I like the fabric a tad more than the pique dress though both are great. This dress seems a little dressier though still casual. If I had to decide between the 2 different fabrics I would just choose , as I did with this one, based on color. This year I bought 3 of the pique dress in navy and 1 in conchord blue. I now have the pima in red. Yes, that is how much I love this dress - enough to pay to have that hem altered so it doesn't bug me!
The dress runs true to LE sizing.
The dress runs a little long but that is great for me because I need it hemmed, and I like to throw things in the dryer.
I cannot imagine anyone this dress would not flatter in the right colors. Speaking of - a deep purple , black and pink would be nice colors to try for next year. Perhaps a print - butterflies, stars , maybe tulips? - too?
Finally, I am not sure if I can mention this here but I bought the LL Bean polo dress in green this year ( can you tell I love polos?) because it had a regular hemline on it. While it is a very nice dress , I prefer the cut of the LE polo which seems a little less straight up and down.
