Fit is very weird
Fits poorly. Poofs out in the belly making one look fat, chest made you look frumpy, yet somehow the shirt was tight across the butt and hips. And I have boy hips! I was sad it didn't work because I liked the material and colors

Nice fabric
I like the feel of the fabric of this dress. I would love the skirt part to be a little bit fuller for my figure though.

So, I kind of like it....
I had read enough reviews to know it was a blouson dress - I could see that for myself and for my taste, it works fine. I am not that tall - only barely 5'4", but have a longer than average waist. I usually wear a 6. I bought a 6.
But the color is startling. I know my monitor is not THAT off. The orange is like Dayglo Fire Orange, not the bright persimmon orange I see on the website. The blue is dark navy, not the french blue I see, the green and the yellow are intensely yellow-olive cast. That which appears to be white floral pattern on the dress is in fact a definite grey-blue, I suspect that the fabric in the web shot was from a very different print run than that for the dress I received. My complexion is a bit more washed out than that of model - my hair a slight bit darker. I think this dress, in reality as opposed to what you see on the website, is better suited for someone with very vivid coloring - for that person it would actually be striking. As it is, the colors overwhelm me. I am going to keep looking at for a day or two to see if I can handle it. But for the intensity of color, I would like it alot.

Strange fit
I should have listened to other reviewers. The fit is very strange. However, the fabric is very nice. I had to send it back.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering
This dress has so much potential. A few small tweaks would make the difference between drab and fabulous. 1. The color is not as pictured on the screen. I was expecting a deeper shade of orange. What I got was described by my husband as "traffic cone" orange. Too bright. 2. The dolman sleeve falls strangely just as the other reviewers have said. It causes a fold in the fabric at the outer edges of the chest, making the bust seem larger and wider and adding the illusion of extra pounds that some of us don't want. 3. The gathered waist does create too much of a billow effect above the waistband, adding extra visual pounds. 4. The length is a bit longer than I prefer, but that's an easy alteration to make if desired.
Some smartly placed seams at the waist and the bust could add some shape to the top of this billowy mess. I do love the basic idea (and the V neck and V back is gorgeous!) and would consider a similar style if Lands' End could add some shape to the top half of the design.

Beautiful Print, Poor Execution
I tried this dress on in a size 6, The skirt was right on. The top was a disaster; arm holes huge, shoulders falling off, a complete mess.
With the great fabric and stunning print, this dress could have been a knock out if it had been designed for regular sleeves and a normal v neckline.
What a shame.

I liked it but...
I love the fabric and the length, but I have broad shoulders so the neckline and sleeves just didn't work for me. Sadly, I will be returning it. I really wanted to make it work, but the fit just isn't right.

Beyond blouson
I have never seen such a discrepancy in fit as there is between the top and the bottom of this dress. The top literally hung off me while the skirt was just right. I love the color and pattern of the fabric, the length, and the underslip. In fact, the slip looked better on me than the dress did! Ordering another size will not fix the problem. I am very disappointed that the dress will have to be returned.

Almost perfect!
This is a beautiful dress. It is loose and lovely, and the fabric looks terrific. I prefer a dress above the knee, so I will hem it.
