Sophisticated enough for the corner office.

  • Refined tubular finishes at neck, sleeves and hem
  • Full fashioning ensures a "made for you" fit
  • Subtle shaping at the waist

We call it soft dressing. Tops that are dressy enough to substitute for a blazer — and a lot more comfortable. This jewelneck is a great example. nice fit This sweater fits nicely as I've had problems with the cotton jewelneck sweaters stretching out at the waist when washed. I realize everyone might not like this material but it fits snugly. I'd like it in the light blue but they don't have my size. It would be good if there was a "watch this product" feature so you could be put on a waiting list to know when a product is back in stock. Very nice top for work I like the material and the fit - it looks neat without being too clingy. The style is very simple but with a scarf it works for my office. Rich colors and it's lightweight enough for South Florida. This was my favorite of the short sleeved sweaters I tried and I ordered two more. May 27, 2012
Disappointing I live in my old Lands' End cashmere short sleeved and sleeveless tees during cool weather. They're perfect under suit jackets for work. I haven't found anything as good for warm weather layering. (And sadly, Lands' End seems to have discontinued them.) The cotton sweaters look a little frumpy with the ribbed hem and rather thick neckline -- and the dark colors fade over time -- so I hoped this would be a good alternative. Unfortunately the search is still on. This fabric looks and feels like the old knit tops of the '70s or '80s -- very obviously not natural fiber, looks cheaper than it is. I found the fit to be more snug than the cotton tees in the same size, especially in the sleeves and at the hip. I returned my purchase and would not buy this again. May 15, 2011
Old Faithful For year after cold year, I have purchased "first layer" tops in every concievable fabric from the highest hi-tech to silk, cotton, on & on. I got this last Fall and nothing has ever worked as well next to my skin to keep me warm without weight or bulk. Under sweaters, under jackets, under everything...nope, it isn't a " wear on it's own" type top, but as part of any ensemble, it is perfect. I've worn it since Thanksgiving, so for me this is the type of garment I do whole loads of laundry for-so I can wear it the next day. I plan on buying this in every color, so I will buy one at every sale 'event' of LEs. For me, this item is THAT good. Best item I own that nobody but me ever sees. My very own afordable luxury, you could say. February 9, 2011
great product, mismatched shoulder width... I would have loved to keep this product, but the shoulder width was really too narrow for the chest size of the sweater. This made the sweater look like the shoulders had shrunk, but not the rest of it. Too bad, it otherwise would have been an interesting purchase. January 23, 2011
Fabric is thin enough to see through. I bought three of these sweaters in ivory as a layering piece. The fit was perfect, but the fabric was so thin that it was completely see-through. I returned them. I have been a Lands End shopper for 25 years. For the first time ever, I returned something for poor quality. Very disappointing. November 30, 2010
This is a good shirt to layer under the many sweaters! The shirt is a little boxey but fits pretty true to size. I like the touch of rayon because it makes the shirt a little more dressy. I plan to buy more. October 16, 2010
Sophisticated and lightweight I bought my first of these tops a year or more ago. It is not at all what I was used to from Lands' End. Actually it is more dressy and sophisticated than many of their tops. I wear it in all seasons and it looks great under a suit or with a light poly knit set. I was disappointed that there was no red/orange/pink color but now there is. I add fabric softener to the wash and tumble dry and have very few problems with wrinkles. If there are any they seem to hang out quickly. August 14, 2010
Wrinkles are an issue. It is a very nice looking shirt and comfortable. But I've noticed that it wrinkles at the drop of a hat, and the wrinkles are difficult to get out. August 10, 2010
