Just an okay glove The glove fits fine and is warm, but it looks dressier in the picture than it really is. Too casual for that price. December 23, 2012
Not as soft and warm as I hoped I have larger hands, and these were very long, but fingers were narrow, and not as soft as I hoped. I'm returning them. December 22, 2012
These gloves don't even deserve 1 'boat' I rarely come across a product that deserves a rating as low as this one. I ordered these gloves in the berry color, along with the matching hooded scarf. The gloves were correctly sized (the small, my usual size, fit perfectly), but the wool was scratchy and coarse, and, most annoying, the gloves were knitted so poorly that there were actually HOLES around each thumb, fully exposing my skin. I showed them to the salesperson in the store when I returned them, and even he was shocked. This was not a defective product--this was actually how they were made! Even on deep, deep discount, these gloves are not worth wasting your money on. December 8, 2012
Lovely gloves The grey gloves match the LE jacket beautifully, are light-weight and warm and have pleasing details. Worth the purchase. I also appreciate that they come in sizes. August 4, 2012
Loose knit lets wind through These gloves are cute and fit well on first inspection. However, they stretch pretty quickly to the point of being too loose. Also, the knit itself is so loose that wind whistles right through. They are certainly not a warm glove, more suited to fall and spring days than winter. February 4, 2012
special look Fast delivery from US to Russia - just 3 days!!! Very nice, homy, special look. It's too cold here in Russia now -15C to wear them, hope they will be OK for Russian sping. I ordered S/M and the fingers are one inch longer for me. January 23, 2012
good and warm good and warm January 8, 2012
Great gloves, pretty color Purchased the gloves in Deep Berry Heather and am very satisfied with the color, the weight, and the fit. I'm 6'1" tall and have proportionally long hands. These gloves look and fit great. Another reviewer commented that the weave was of the wool was too thin. It's definitely not an extremely thick weave, but it's not thin either. It would be a good weight for normal everyday wear, but not for spending serious time outdoors in very cold weather. I'm happy that Lands End has continued to make women's gloves in Large/Extra Large for us tall women. It's nice to finally be able to wear pretty, feminine women's gloves. November 29, 2011
Returned These Gloves - Too Thin to be Warm I ordered these gloves online. When they arrived I was very surprised to see how thin they were. There is no way they could be warm enough for me! November 26, 2011
