Very attractive coat. Color is smashing to liven up all the dark, winter jackets. Comfortable, fits nicely with sweater under it. Very lovely coat with great styling. Loved the color to brighten up the practical, dark colored winter coats. Good fit and comfortable with a bulky sweater underneath. Comfortable and soft. Very pleased with this purchase. May 13, 2013
Colour and cut are accurate to photos - a delightful coat The excellent workmanship in the manufacture of the coat is marred by cheap buttons. But for such a great price, the buttons I can replace. A delightful coat like this needs buttons appropriate to it's status (and that doesn't mean plastic). Can't be more pleased with a delivery of Chicago to Sydney (Australia) in less than 72 hours, and it was across the Easter weekend. Go LandsEnd. When other USA retailers find delivery to Australia too difficult, you have excelled yourselves. I'll be telling my friends. April 1, 2013

Beautiful Coat! I adore this coat. I feel so fortunate to have found it at a reduced price...! When reading the reviews before purchase, I noticed that many people said the sleeves were too long: that's when I KNEW this coat was for me! I am tall (ish) 5'9" and normally wear a size 1X. I ordered the 20W because many people also mentioned that the top and sleeves were a little tight. I would have been fine with an 18W, but I'm keeping this one because I wanted to WEAR IT NOW! :) The fabric is gorgeous (I ordered the Bottle Green), the sleeves are blessedly long enough (I get that shorter people hate too long of sleeves, but at least you have the option to hem them: I can never add fabric.) and it's a definite new favorite. This coat took two tries to get the right fit, but now that I have it, it is a joy to own. The quality of the wool, the richness of the color (I chose bottle green) and the workmanship are second to none. I know if I want quality, I go to Lands'End. Please bring back the swing coat WITHOUT the pleat in the back I have a black swing coat from LE that I just love. I would like to get one in another color and, at some point, replace the present black one. I tried one with the new pleat design and found it to look awkward and ungainly. Those of us who are larger don't need extra padding in the rear. The original design was so graceful and flowing and elegant. Please bring it back, ideally in some new colors. December 9, 2012
