Beautiful and Simple
I purchased this dress for a wedding. It was very comfortable. The bust was large as I am pear shaped, but for the low price I took it to a tailor to be fitted.

bring it back for petite sizes!
I've had this dress for over a year now and I love it so much! It's the most comfortable thign in the world, I just wish Lands End would make more colors and sell it for regular or petite sized folks.

Perfect for Pear Shapes - Much prettier in person!
I can't tell you how many complements I've gotten whenever I wear this dress. It's a thicker fabric, so the weight of it makes it fall beautifully. I have a significant pear shape - I wear 1-2x tops depending on style/cut/fabric and 3x pants 85% of the time. This dress flatters my shape perftectly! The green is very rich and diverse. I've paired it with a lot of different accessories/color stories and achieved completely different looks. Every girl should have one of these in their closet!!!

I love this dress!
Got it in black and loved it so much I bought the green and gray. I wear it all summer, very comfy, knee-length (I'm 5' 9" and apple-shaped). It gives the impression that I have a waist and is very very flattering. People at work keep telling me how lovely and professional I look and they have no idea how comfortable I am!

I love it!
I bought this dress a while ago and it has become one of my favorites. The only problem is that the material pills. Even knowing that I would still buy the dress over again. It really is wonderful!

Immediately Loved this Dress!
After reading all the reviews (good and bad) - I purchased 2 colors. I put them on - and they are so soft
and comfortable and flattering! I thought the fit was "true" to my size. I purchased the black and the green and can't wait to wear them - its the comfort and feel of a PJ 's in a dress! I'm a teacher of 7 year olds and find that the dress is totally appropriate - especially with how the neck "falls" and the length. I would recommend this dress!

A perfect dress that goes from work straight to dinner!
After reading the reviews I ordered a size small (I normally wear a medium) and it fit perfectly! I am a size 8 on top and a 12 on the bottom so the style is very flattering. At 5'5" the hem hits just below my knees. Love the soft drape of the fabric and how easy it is to change your look by changing accessories. Wear with a cardigan and boots by day or flats, jewelry and dressy scarf draped over your shoulders by night. This dress also looks great layered with one of Land End's cotton modal turtlenecks. I purchased the dark slate heather and the dark vicuna heather, wish I would have been able to get the black in size small as well. Great buy!

Comfy dress, fits big
I love dresses and find it hard to buy dresses at LE because I am a size 2, 5' 6" tall. This dress has great lines and is very comfortable, but it is a little on the big size, but if you don't like very fitted clothes, then I think you would be happy with it. I don't look like a tent, so I kept it! It does feel nice on and looks great! I bought it on sale, as I do everything, in the grey, size XS regular. The XS petite may have fit better, but it was not available. I already washed it and it looks just the same. Great dress for the price.
