Ask where your waist is?
I abolutely loved this dress until I put it on. Fabric is truly a lovely feel against the skin and the dress appeared to be perfect for fall, winter and spring; alone or with a blazer. Once on I realized the waistband is somewhere between the bust and the waist. It is not an empire waist but definitely not at the right spot either. Land's end please put the waist where is should be and I'll buy in several colours at full price.

My go to dress.
This dress is perfect for the plus size woman, it accentuates the curves, while hiding the arms and has a respectable skirt length. I put an elastic belt with it to give myself more of a waist. I get a lot of comments on this dress when I am out and how it fits me perfectly. I usually wear a 2x, but I bought this in a 3x and then wear the belt with it. It is not tight and fits just right. I have this in every color. A must have that makes dressing easy. I wear it casual for day, then dress it up for night. Very versatile dress.

Awesome dress! Lovely!
This dress is just perfect, just the right length for me (I'm 5'4") and the fabric is nice. I thought the fabric felt a little clingy but it's nice. It is a classy dress that looks more expensive than it is. I probably would have liked a little less lycra/spandex/elastane but you cant have everything. If you are tall I would size up!
