A bit too wooly and itchy.
Gave this to my 20 something daughter and she "didn't love it". She found it itchy around the collar where it touched bare skin. We both thought it looked more like a wooly sheep than the picture would suggest. Looked like it would be good and warm but it's getting returned.

I wear it around the house to stay warm... arms are a little long but I just fold the sleeve up which I have to do with most shirts...

Warm and cozy
This wool sweater is the perfect weight. It's heavy enough to feel deliciously warm but lightweight enough to be extremely comfortable. I love the feel of it. I bought it as a treat for myself and can hardly wait for the perfect day to wear it, maybe Christmas Day! Our nights are quite chilly here, but the days are still warm and sunny. for the most part.

Style was an issue
Size was ok, but this sweater made me feel bulky and chubby. Super soft though. Wish it had been a more becoming style for me.

Warm and not too itchy
This sweater is very comfortable and is generously proportioned. The large collar took a bit of getting used to, but eventually I forgot about it. I do recommend going down a size from what you are used to buying because it does run big and boxy. The mushroom color is just as it appears on the monitor, and is a nice neutral shade to be worn with anything

Snuggle Into This Sweater
I am facing my first winter in Massachusetts, and have been looking at Lands' End products that will keep me warm -- this sweater hits the sweet spot. It is light, pretty, and as cuddly as a teddy bear!!

Very comfortable and casual/smart.
I bought mine a size larger than usual so I could wear it on top of another sweater. It looks good and is a fairly thick and warm sweater-jacket. The dark beige is an easy to wear neutral and can be worn with many other colors. Some people might find it scratchy if worn over short sleeves.

Warm & cuddly
I bought this brown-toned sweater because I already had a gray one (another brand) that I have enjoyed.
It is very comfortable and works with lots of clothing. A sweater like this is ideal for travel, especially by air.

Expected better quality.
The sweater is very loose fitting and I would say the fit is sloppy. For the price I would have expected better quality. It feels like granny's sweater that she's been wearing for a very long time. Very old looking and saggy. The hem is wavy which bothers me a lot. I was going to return it immediately, but my husband said don't bother, just hang it in the closet with the rest of the stuff I'm disappointed with. I think I will stop ordering from catalogs. I need to touch and feel before purchasing, the description seldom matches the item and certainly the price doesn't. For the price I could have gotten a fabulous sweater at Macy's..

Too short
I love the color. The length was too short for me; I have a long torso. Looks longer on the model. It also was not as soft as I would like. I weigh 135 lbs 5'3" & the medium was too small. Nice sweater, made well.
