Finally jeans that are comfortable
These jeans are great! The fit is great with just the right amount of stretch and are very comfortable. I have tried many jeans but either they are too small or too big and the worst problem is they are too long and can not be altered, I usually wear 28.5 length pants. This is the best buy by far and I can pick the inseam length! I wish Lands End would make these in black, brown and navy.

Terrible!!
These jeans are all wrong! I am very disappointed. I would not even call them jeans. They are not your normal jeans type of material, but I am desperate since the standard jeans are not available and ordered them to give them a try. They remind me of the pajama jeans they sell on TV. So disappointed Lands End! Not the quality I would expect and I am willing to pay for!! They will be on their way back today and I hope that you bring back the "real" jeans!!

Two colors, two different fits and fabrics -Rating is for one of the colors
The rinsed deep indigo color jeans are a perfect fit for my plus size frame and the fabric is very much a denim feel. I liked these so much I ordered a pair in the same size in the vintage dark indigo color. I assumed they'd have the same fit and fabric but in different colors. NOT! The vintage color were too large overall, and as I wore them they shifted on my butt so the center backseam was over my left buttock and it twisted my knickers to the left also. Very uncomfortable and I kept yanking them up and around to recenter. The fabric has a shiny, slick feel to it and is not at all like denim. I do not recommend the vintage dark indigo color because of the fit and fabric. The rinsed deep indigo are great and I hope LE will offer that fabric in other colors (especially black) with matching thread colors. My product rating above is for the vintage dark indigo color jeans.

Pajamas!
These "jeans" don't feel like jeans. They feel like pajamas. Legging-style at that. Yuck! They are very tight in the leg and very loose at the waist. Not a fan at all.

Finally no waist gap, but why no hemming?
Why doesn't Lands End offer hemming on these jeans? The quality and fit are well worth the price, however without this I can only rate them with 4 sailboats.
All LE pants should be like these jeans, WITH hemming.

Nice looking comfortable jeans
These jeans look great and feel comfortable all day long. At 5'8" the 32" length was okay but I really wish these were hemmed to order. I would have added another inch so I could wear them with some higher heels. They washed well and did not shrink. The jeans pictured indicate a tighter fit in the legs but mine were not tight (which was fine with me and my 55 year old body). I will order another pair when some sort of savings is offered.
