So stylish
It looks so much better in real life! The fit is very flattering (sometimes plus coats can look too bulky) and the fabric is a real jacquard, not a print. The dark brown buttons and quality finishing make the coat look more expensive than it is. The sleeves are lined, which makes them slide nicely over a top, but the body is unlined. It's perfect for spring weather. It's quite a statement pattern, but such a classic, I can see myself wearing this for years. Bear in mind, there are no fastenings at the front; it's meant to be thrown on, to finish your look. Very happy with this.

Housecoat
If you want to go out looking like you are wearing a 50's housecoat or bathrobe, then perhaps this item is for you. It's too long (and I'm nearly 6' tall!) and the short length sleeves just feel somehow wrong. The fabric is lightweight, perhaps good for warm weather but overall this just seemed a weird design and wrong to be wearing out of the house.

Beautiful outside, inside not so much
The fabric of the coat is wonderful. The fit is very good. However, only the sleeves are lined. So unless you wear a top or pants with a slippery feel (i.e., polyester), the front and/or back of the jacket will stick to your top or pants requiring constant adjustment. The facing of the jacket constantly flops out making the look very untidy and telling the world it's unlined. This jacket is way overpriced.
