Very Disappointed
These were big in the waist, but didn't cover my rear end. I have a dozen pair of Lands End pleated pants in all different colors from the last 10 yrs in different sizes, as my weight has fluctuated. I have been disappointed when at times they haven't been offered in colors other than navy, black, and khaki (I have beautiful bright colors from many years ago), but for the last couple of years I haven't been able to get even the "basic" colors to replace the ones I have worn out because I can't find a size to fit me. I have tried every size big and small and they just don't fit anywhere near the way they used to. I get that styles change, but I sure wish LE was interested in hanging on to the faithful customers they have had for years. I for one would love to be able to continue to find my clothes here.

Fit changing
I have bought this style of Lands End for years. Every time I order it seems the waist line gets lower and lower and the crotch gets higher and higher. Can't you leave things alone and let us reorder the way we like it? Please change it back.

No trousers/pants for the more mature body.
I have worn Lands End trousers/pants for over 25 years and I am not a big person. Those of us who are now 60 - 70+ have aged out of Lands End clothes, especially the trousers/pants. Lands End has not kept up with the shapes of its maturing customers. Every pant pictured pulls at the crotch line. We don't want our trousers/pants that come below the belly line, better known as hip huggers. Take a look around you. What shapes do you see? Our bodies are not straight. We have curves. We need more width across the crotch area at the low hip as well as length (talls do well), trousers/pants that fall straight from the waist to the thigh area and not be form fitting that give us a clean look. I am seriously considering going back to sewing in order to get the right fit.

sloppy fit
Pant sizes continue to grow; I just don't get it. I am disappointed with the fit of these pants, especially when I ordered a size smaller than typically fits.

not for me
Like several others on this thread, I would have liked to have pleated chinos, I think they would be great for the workplace, but with a natural waist, not the waist that only some young women can pull off. Also I look to Lands End to have the option of 100% cotton. So here we have a perfectly respectable pair of pleated pants missing two key factors to make them marketable (to me anyway).

Prefer a more natural waist. Otherwise love the fabric and style.
I love the fabric, pleat style and general fit. However, I prefer slacks with a more natural waist. So, I returned these slacks. Unfortunately, Lands' End doesn't offer slacks like these with a natural waist.

Too curvy for me
I like pleat front, but I'm far from curvy (my mother always said I had a "boyish" figure). So the waist was too small and the hips were too big.
Otherwise the color, styling and quality were just what I was looking for, darn it. So I ended up taking it back to my local Sears.

These pants are a comfortable fit!
I absolutely love these pants! They are comfortable in all temperatures and are good for professional and casual work days. The quality is great, as always, and I love the pleats! Make sure you take into account that the pants sit a little high on your waist when determining your size.

Won't fit on waist
I was going to order these pants, until I read the reviews. I also want a pant with front pleats that sits at the natural waist. I have ordered these in the past, for many years and they are the only ones that fit me with larger hips and a small waist. Bring them back!

Not My Style
These pants have the new style waist height, which means they only come to your hip bones. The waist gaps significantly in the back and people can see your underwear, or for some your tattoo. Just not my style. I wish Lands End would make a pleated pant that comes to your natural waist. I love the fabric and the fact that you will him them to my length!
