Cute shorts!
I ordered two pairs of these bermuda shorts for this summer, one in black, the other in navy and they are great. The fit is right on, and go right to the top of my knee - I'm 5'11 and worried they would be too short as bermudas, but they are definitely long enough. They have almost a sateen feel to them, I haven't washed them yet but they seem like you could just pull them out of the dryer without having to iron them. Great shorts, especially for the price - glad I ordered both colors.

size 8 contoured waist too big
These shorts were a good length, fabric weight, and fit through the hips and thighs. The contoured waist must have been made for a different body type than mine. There was a good +1" gap at the rear waist. I returned them.

These shorts need some stretch
Nothing wrong with these if you have no curves, but for those of us with some "hip" a little stretch in the fabrci would make for a better fit. The waste was huge, the hip area too snug. That's something only an hourglass figure would understand.

Bought in all 3 colors
Love the "no-iron" fabric, and the just above the knee length so bought them in all 3 colors.

Size runs small, not true to size
I sent these back. I had just ordered the same size in other Lands' End Bermuda shorts and they fit me great, so great I even ordered some more, but those shorts did not come in black. So, I ordered these in black, but these were way too tight, had a low-slung waist and I could not even button them. I was very disappointed.

Nice Shorts
I liked these shorts, but I find they ran a bit big. I would recommend going down a size. I am normally an 18, but it seems with LE I am more often a 16.

very uniform-y
Yes, they said uniform shorts, but i didn't think they would look quite this institutional. Ick. Can't we have a little bit better fit - not so boxy?

Love'em
Just got my new shorts yesterday. I love the fabric - feels like good quality. I am 5'9 and they come to just above my knee which is great. They are a little tight around my tummy but I suspect that has more to do with my tummy then the shorts. ;-)
All in all, just great. I intend to get other colours.

Nice fabric, a bit tight.
I like the fabric and the length. I knew that they have a plain front, but they are a bit more restrictive than I thought they would be.
