nice well made cardigan
This is a very nice looking cardigan. It is of substantial weight and quite cozy. The belt is sewn on, so you don't have to worry about misplacing it. It is true to size. I am 5' 2" 115 lbs and got this in the petite XS. It fit me perfectly, not too short and not too long. I have it the Dark cobalt and it is a lovely shade of blue. Very happy with my purchase. Awesome
I purchased this cardigan in Black and I absolutely love it!!! I like that I have the option to tie the belt in the back and wear it as an opened cardigan. I like the weight of the material--not too heavy, not too light. Its also nice to dress up or dress down :)

PERFECT in every way!
My youngest daughter, in her 30's, and I purchased these sweaters before they went on sale, and think they're wonderful...even at full price. Almost like a sweater-jacket, we wear them on our cool North Carolina nights, for a little extra warmth. I've enjoyed mine so much, that I'm buying three more for another daughter and 2 daughters-in-law for Christmas. Thank you, Lands End...this one is a winner in my book!!

Not for all body shapes!
I was so sad that this didn't fit!! It's a great sweater, but not for everyone. I am a pear shape and generally wear a 1x on top. Because it was belted I ordered up and got a 2x. The sweater wouldn't close at the bottom. There was a significant lack of fabric. I'm not sure that a 3x would even fit at the hip. Additionally, the chest area was huge! I am nicely endowed on top and I was swimming in the top half of this sweater. Getting an even larger size would make it ridiculous. This would be perfect for a triangle or a rectangle shape.

Looks lovely ... but isn't
The fabric has a weird feel to it... sort of static electric....hard to describe..sticks to under layer.
I had a friend try it on to see...the belt is very much lower at the back and looks awkward when tied at the front. I ordered the white and navy ps...returned both... sad to say, as they look perfect in the photo

OK, but I'll modify mine a bit...
The Good: 1) The fabric doesn't look or feel cheap. 2) The way the belt is fitted into the back of the sweater is a more polished, high-end look than hanging through side loops.
The Bad: Unfortunately this sweater's shape doesn't flatter my own fairly average shape. Tying the belt accentuates my hips and makes my butt looks like a shelf. This is the only reason why I can't recommend this sweater to everyone.
The Solution: I'll keep the sweater but will ditch the belt and add a hook and eye to keep the front neatly closed while leaving a sufficient enough drape to just skim the hips and create a long, more flattering line to the back.

Great Go-To Sweater
This sweater is so comfortable and versatile. I can wear it around the house and for church on Sunday. I am ordering more. I am petite and I like the petite size but I am ordering regular this time for a longer, looser look.

excellent sweater
this sweater is true to size. the fabric is substantial, so i am using it as a jacket in chilly san francisco summers. returning to get another color i love it so much. belt is attached, and wrapped and belted it gives a nice professional look
