Cute and Casual
This dress is adorable. Not too serious, not too funky - just fun. I was nervous about the fit of the Canvas collection but unlike some of the previous reviewers, I didn't find a problem with the sizing. I usually wear a 2 in all Lands End things and this dress was no different. It's a great throw-on dress for a weekend lunch or shopping trip. 4 out of 5 stars for two reasons - the Canvas collection apparently does not consider carrying items in tall (if you're 5'9" or over this dress will likely be a bit shorter than anticipated) and it's a little too pricey for what it is. That being said - if you can get it on sale, go for it - it's a very fun and unusual piece.

Great dress
This fabric is wonderful soft cotton with a nice weight to it. I'm a 12-14 and busty and the 14 just fits without the buttons pulling. It's a very comfortable dress and washed well. I didn't even have to iron it!

I so wanted to love this
I ordered this dress back in March and waited patiently for it to arrive. When it came I was so excited that I tore into the box! Unfortunately, it's very cheap looking and kind of fits like a nightshirt. The fabric looks more vibrant on my computer monitor than in person. I'd maybe consider keeping it at half the cost, but for $88 I expect a higher-quality fabric and design. As far as fit is concerned it does run a little small. In Canvas I usually wear an 8, but I bought this in a 10 and it's maybe a little bit big, but not much. This is, sadly, going back.

Great throw on dress...
Great throw on dress with flats pr flip flops. If you are tall, it runs a little short but still is great. Very comfortable Can dress it up or down.
Great on a chilly beach night or restaurant.

Not good
Not worth the money. Fabric is cheap looking and feeling. I was really hoping this would work, the photo is so cute. Would consider keeping if it were on sale. Also seems to run smaller than normal LE sizes. I normally wear a 12, but ordered this in a 14 because the last dress I got from Canvas I couldn't even get on. This in a 14 is too tight, and that's the largest size in the line. Disappointed and frustrated. Sending it back.
