Excellent tailoring
Received this blouse in the mail today and was impressed with the tailoring. Darts in the front and back make for a shapely fit. I ordered China blue, which I see goes well with blue jeans, khakis, black dress pants, and white crops. I’m love’n it and am back to buy the blouse in more colors.

Love the color
Love the color and the fit. I don't really like the material though and the shirt has an almost pajama type look.

Cuffs are a problem to iron
The cuffs on this shirt are very hard to press. They even come back from the cleaners looking pretty bad. It feels like to inner backing shrunk leaving the covering too small.

wonderful
fits great. could wear it a few times, no wrinkles.
washes wonderfully. looks good right out of the dryer.
i am going to check available colors and order another one or two.

Classic red color that is getting harder to find.
I am always on the lookout for solid classic red collared business shirts because it is required for My job. This shirt has met all Of the above criteria and then some. No ironing required! Just sad that this particular shirt is no longer available. So many Of My colleagues would love to have these.

My go-to white shirt
I've searched high and low for a good basic white shirt and this fills the bill. I like that the sleeves are 3/4 (my arms are a little short and long-sleeved shirts are always too long for me.). I normally am an 8 or a 10 but I like the shirt to be looser so I get a 12P in this. I also like that it looks good without being tucked in. I just ordered my second one so I'll always have one ready to go. I like the fabric and the no-iron is for real. I never even touch it up; just get it out of the dryer right before it's completely dry.

Beautiful but stiff
Ordered size 12 reg. and boy it fits like a glove(which I don't want). It's a beautiful blouse but the no iron feature always give clothing that stiff feeling. Seems inherent in all "no iron" garments. Great to not have to iron it though! Nice collar, good flip back cuffs. Probably just need to drop a couple of lbs. Always like the quality of Lands End products. If you aren't sure of size, favor going up one size.

The 3/4 sleeve no-iron pin point split neck shirt fits perfectly for full figured women.
I love the fitted style and was pleasantly surprised that it fit perfectly. The material is very, very nice and well made. Although I'm not fond of the white buttons on the raspberry color, the fit and style outweighed this issue for me. It is very hard to find a fitted, classic shirt (in women's sizes) in local department stores where I live and since I prefer classic clothing over trendy fashions, I can count on Land End to continue offering classics, along with some trendy options.

Correct sizing in this style with solid color, print style too big.
I had just purchased four of the print versions of this great split neck, 3/4 sleeve blouse in my usual 18W size within the past two weeks. Had to send them all back and get them in 16W. The 18W was huge. All my replacement 16W print blouses fit beautifully. I liked the style so much that I just purchased it in plain white from the latest Fall 2012 shipment in a 16W. Lucked out and was able to order it for 40% off. Beautiful blouse, but it runs way too small compared to the print ones. Now, I have to reorder it in 18W. Please Land's End keep your sizes a little more even at least within the same styles. Such a waste of time and effort and trying to get clothes that fit. I will end up being one of those people who order two sizes of every style in the future.
