I returned these since the fit was very odd in the hip/crotch area. Honestly, I think it was just this pair may have been cut a bit funny.

Great Fit for Apple Shaped Women
So, I wanted to love these pants so much, but they're a mixed bag.
These pants fit fabulously if you are apple shaped- aka thick in the waist, flat behind, smaller in the legs. That describes me perfectly, so you'd think I'd absolutely love them. I do love the fit. It's great and Lands End should do more pants in this fit. I also love that the pockets are jeans style in the front and not on the side seam. Those make everyone look chubby. So, thank you for the awesome cut!
Unfortunately, the fabric leaves a bit to be desired. There's no stretch whatsoever in these pants and a tiny tiny bit of it would have made all of the difference in the world. The fabric is stiff. It drapes beautifully when you're standing but it's kind of a pain when you're sitting.
Land's End, please keep the fit on these pants and and adjust the fabric a bit. A bit of stretch would make these 5 star order them in every color pants.

Nice design, but a little small in the waist.
The waist was a bit tight in a size I always order from Lands End. The style is nice and they launder well.

These pants look good with all my tops and blouses. The fit is excellent.
I love these pants! They come out of the dryer looking great, and they fit perfectly.

Love Them
For everyday work pants, I love them. They wash up very well and fit well--no ironing required.

Not bad, especially for the price, but not great
Not a soft fabric as described--quite stiff, and unforgiving. It happens that they fit me beautifully when I'm standing up. But sitting down, everything is just a bit uncomfortable. Too stiff, too tight in the thighs, too high on the waist. They are very serviceable as work pants, and I'll keep them. But if they were a stretch twill, they'd be awesome.

Smaller than expected; rough material
I selected these pants based on the description that they were wrinkle resistant. However, I did not like the fit. The pants had a short rise and a very short zipper. The material of the pants was rough. I am petite, and I found that the legs seemed to have too much material - they were overwhelming to me.
I returned these pants.

Stiff fabric - poorly made - stay away from these pants
I have been a Lands End customer for over thirty years and quite frankly, I am more and more disappointed with LE products. As for these pants, the fabric was stiff and the cut was at least a size too small. And as to the representation about wrinkles - FALSE! When I took them out of the package they had many wrinkles. LE representation that these pants flatter a straighter shape should say "if you have any curves, don't buy these. They were cut for mannequins only." A total disappointment.

worse pants ever!
These were not at all what I have come to expect from Lands End. They were too small, the rise was too low and the fabric felt like cardboard. I returned them.
