Not curvy enough!
These pants did fit better than many I've tried, but the waist was still too big and the seat & thighs too tight. I have some curvy fit LL Bean chinos that fit well, but they don't make that model any more (and they're not quite the right length). I've worn Lands End relaxed fit chinos for years, but they don't seem to have that cut without an elastic waist any more. I prefer Lands End because I like the custom hemming. Attention chino designers - I want a relaxed fit or truly curvy fit that doesn't have elastic waist and does have custom hemming!

Perfect fit for my body type! Customer Service ROCKS!
I'm on the curvy side, but petite. 5'0, 112 lbs. I ordered these in my normal size 4P & they fit absolutely perfectly. No gaping waistband, the pockets lie nice & flat and the boot cut is a great style for me. The fabric is really nice: seems quality-made and I can wear them for casual or a bit more dressy. Even when I buy petite pants, I still have to hem them, so having Lands' End take that chore away from me is just an added bonus. I always shop Lands' End first when I'm looking for pants for that very reason.
But the greatest help at Lands' End is their awesome customer service. I've been shopping at Lands' End for over 25 years, and they have never failed me! For this purchase, after I read the reviews on several different styles of casual pants, I was concerned about getting the correct fit. I chatted online with Customer Service, and the rep gave me all the measurements of several different styles, so I could make the correct choice.
I've learned that a few minutes' talking with customer service can help me customize my fit the first time around, and avoid frustrating returns.

This was exactly what I wanted
Boot cut, no elastic, not too low waist, not too heavy material. Comes out of dryer perfect. Just what I wanted

Too big in the waist
Not sure if I got the wrong pair pants, but these did not seem to fit at all. I normally wear a 6 or 8 in LE. My current size 6 from LE tends to be a little snug right after washing but stretch just enough to fit just right. Based on the reviews that said these were too small and the waist too tight, I ordered the size 8. They were HUGE in the waist and slightly large in the butt & thighs. I'm 5'6", with a small waist and larger rear/thighs, weigh about 130.

The worst product I have purchased from Lands End
Based on previous reviews, I ordered up one size. Even so, the waist was insanely tight, the crotch was four inches above where it should have been, and the hemming looked like a preschooler finished it. Ugh. I have noticed cheaper quality lately from Lands End, and this bothers me. I wanted to give no stars, but wasn't able to.

Waist is sooooo small!
I have a small waist and bigger lower half so it is hard to find pants that don't gap at the waist. I'm a size 6/8 but I ordered an 8 because of the reviews about the waist. The waist of these pants is so small, they give me a muffin top and red lines on my waist after wearing them for an hour.

Waist is about 2 inches too small
I can usually depend on Land's End for consistent sizing, so I was very disappointed in the sizing of these pants. I sent them back and ordered another type.

A little small in the waist
I usually have a hard time finding pants that fit well because they are too big in the waist. After reading the reviews and hearing that they run small, I ordered a size 4 instead of a 2 and they fit very well all over.
