No closet is complete without at least one blazer. So why not make it the sharpest – yet easiest – you can find? This women's blazer is the one. It’s made of a Milano rib knit, which sounds fancy, but there’s nothing delicate or impractical about it. Twill tape binding at the edges adds distinction and strength. And we added details you almost never see anymore – like functional sleeve plackets. (Yes, you can actually unbutton them to roll the sleeves up. How cool is that?) You’ll love the shape, too. Our Women's Blazer is 100% cotton. (Sleeve lining is 100% polyester.) Dry clean only. Imported.

Women's Milano Rib Blazer 3.1 5 14 14
had to return I'm short-armed with a high waist, so took a chance and ordered a petite size. Sleeve & shoulder width were perfect, but I found this blazer too short. Also, the fabric was surprisingly stiff, so that if it wasn't buttoned, the sides stood straight out from my body instead of draping. So disappointed - I've been looking for a knit blazer for a long time! May 6, 2013
The first day I wore it work, one of the buttons was lying on my office floor... I guess I don't need to write any further...disappointed is the least that I can say! April 5, 2013
Will eventually own every color I'm 5'4", 135 pounds and tried this on first at Sears. It was a good thing because a size 4 fits me very well when I usually wear a 6 or 8. These blazers are great because the weight is substantial but they're not restrictive in the shoulders like many blazers are. The length of the arms is right on and it hits me right at the hip where it's most flattering. The other reviewers are right that the buttons fall off easily so either reinforce the ones that come on the blazer or switch them out for something else. Highly recommend. March 28, 2013
Own 3 of these...but tighten buttons before going out I own this in navy, wine & brown/navy. I normally wear a 14 jacket...but this is slightly (very slightly) large fitting & should be more fitted...so thought it would look better in the 12. I love this jacket. Goes with jeans, trousers, crops, etc....but the buttons literally fall off while you're wearing it. WHAT THE HECK!. The jacket does come with AN extra button -- so before you wear this one...double sew the buttons. Would give 4 stars (never give 5)...but the button thing drives me insane March 27, 2013
I love this jacket! Since retiring, I live in T-shirts and jeans. I own three of these jackets (blue, gray and green) and there is nothing like a great, trendy jacket to pull T's and jeans together. They are well constructed and I do not find them boxy at all. I love being able to unbutton the cuffs and turn them up and the lining in the sleeves are a nice touch. It enables you to slip into the jacket easier when wearing a long sleeved shirt. Other reviewers reported the jacket running a little large. My normal size, petite medium, turned out to be the ideal fit as I am a tad broad through the shoulders. Although the material's weight would not be something I would want for summer wear, I think it is more than adequate for fall, early winter and spring. Nice job, LE! March 27, 2013
Recommend... maybe The cut is odd at the sleeves/bustline. And I've had to replace two buttons (of 3) on the front, in 3 months (about 4-5 wearings.) They just weren't sewn on with sturdy or enough threads for the type of button, because the jacket is plenty big. I have had to replace buttons on 2 Lands End sweaters, too, so I'm disappointed in that quality feature-- I don't like having to shore up the workmanship on non-cheap clothing. Otherwise I like the jacket, including that the pockets are real, and it's washable. March 26, 2013
Great price, nice addition to my wardrobe I own three of these jackets. I purchased all on the sale price. I wouldn't have purchased at the retail price. I really feel as though I got a steal. Yes, they are a bit boxy, but I don't think they look cheap at all. I love that I can actually unbutton the button's on the sleeves, a feature that is generally only present in high end clothes. I'm 5'10", and the sleeves are long enough, but the jacket is about an inch too short for my ideal comfort. Still, they're comfortable, move with me, and they dress up or down. Great deal. Gonna buy another one in green now. Grin. March 19, 2013
Fabulous I don't understand all the negative reviews. I ordered the tan and red in size 10 and absolutely love them. They are well made and fit like a dream. I wear a 10-12. I might have to order the blue. These will be great for work as well as with jeans. March 7, 2013
Fit not quite right I'm new to Land's End and this was one of two items in my first order. I read the reviews and the advice from Land's End to order a size smaller than usual. I decided to go down two sizes from what the sizing chart indicates, to a 16 regular. I'm just over 5' 3", 170 lbs. I didn't try a petite because others said it was a short fit. The jacket was close to fitting, but would require alterations to shorten the sleeves, reduce the shoulder, armholes and fabric at the bust. The length was about right for me. Size at waist and hip also good. The colour was a nice cherry red, not quite the darker garnet in the photo. Sleeve lining and functional buttons on sleeve were attractive. The fabric was really nice and heavy enough for outdoors and shopping in the fall, but more bulky than I would like for office wear or for summer evenings. I would recommend to someone with a short torso who might be prepared to do alterations. I would have kept it, but I was looking for something a bit lighter. February 5, 2013
Armholes much too big, looks a bit cheap I ordered an 18W, which fit perfectly through the shoulders, bust and waist, but the armholes were huge, which ruined the drape of the whole jacket. If it had fit, I would have kept it because I love the garnet color, the fully lined sleeves and the fact that it has three real pockets (so many women's jackets have not pockets at all). The fabric, however, looks a bit cheap. I think it would be better looking without the binding/trim around the front opening, but perhaps it requires a woven edging for stability. January 24, 2013
