Women's Metallic Shawl Collar Jacket
I loved the color of the jacket, and it definitely kept me warm throughout the winter. The only thing I didn't like about this jacket was that it did not have a hood, so for those of you who need to cover your head when it's windy out, this wouldn't be the coat. In addition, the fabric doesn't feel well with my skin, i have dry skin and I do'nt like the feeling of my skin dragging against the fabric it doesn't have a smooth touch to it. Other than that, it definitely kept me warm and in style the whole winter.

I bought the bronze color at the very end of the season last year. I have been waiting patiently for the weather to cool down here in New England so that I can wear this coat because I love it!! I also like the lining. It's not fleece or anything - this coat doesn't seem to need it because it's a VERY WARM coat - but it's a very pretty and subtle green to go with the bronze color. I think it's brilliant.
The shawl collar is delightful and I can't be happier. It's a beautiful, but very heavy winter coat. I'm extremely happy with the purchase.

I am in love witht the silver, but I think it adds pounds on me. I am 5'4 and 125 lbs. This is just too puffy looking on me with the belt. I really want to keep it due to the color, but it is too hot to wear because it only looks good belted and zipped.I think it makes me look bulky....sorry I wanted to love it. I have many Lands End down coats and vests. :(

Nice Jacket, Something Different
Just ordered this jacket for the upcoming winter. It arrived today and seems very warm. It's true to size, and I love that the belt cinches the waist, giving a nice hourglass silhouette. I don't have a problem with the collar - to me, it's nice and cozy. I'm a bit disappointed in the color though - I ordered the Gunmetal, expecting a deep blue as is shown in the photo, but instead it's a very dark grey (almost black really) and doesn't have as much sheen as the one on the model. I might have gone with the silver had I known that. Still, i can't wait to wear it when the weather turns cold.

What a great jacket! Designed well, love the stand up collar, fashionable. Slate gray goes with all my clothes, casual or professional. Fun, warm, compliments abound. If you have issues with the belt, slip the belt through twice through the loops to stay in place. Doesn't ride up on me, internal cuffs seal out cold air, good snaps/zip up the front.

LOVE the color & fabric, but Impossible to wear.
I am a self confessed jacket junkie. I collect them and wear them often. My daughter and son-in-law gave me this beautiful slate grey jacket for Christmas. I LOVE the fabric and the color and sincerely hate returning it. The coat is cozy warm and true to size. Unfortunately, there are a few design issues that make it impossible to wear. The jacket must remain at least partially zipped, and the belt has to remain tied (too hot when running into a shop), or the belt hangs unattractively around the knees for a few seconds, then slides like butter on a hot plate, onto the floor. When I tried to sit while wearing it, the coat hiked up under my chin and arms and became very uncomfortable. I dont think this would be an issue if the coat were a little longer (it would tuck under and be held in place because one would be sitting on it), or It could be cut a few inches shorter and it wouldn't be a problem. The collar, while an attractive, flattering style, is WAY too puffy. Someone was over zellous with the fill. I feel like I am wearing a "may-west"!
