A constant staple in my wardrobe for YEARS now - DON'T DISCONTINUE BLACK
I only wear these tights in black or navy and have done so for many, many years. I usually wear the black tights on a daily basis to work. Now I find out the black are no longer available in my size L and are not backordered!!!!!!! I have one pair left and was ready to re-order, so am shocked. I used to order these in sets of three, then sets of two, and felt that even one pair was worth the price. They wear like iron, don't run or snag, and are so durable! The fit is great and I love the control. Now what do I do to find a replacement????? I am SO UPSET!

The color is perfect
Grey tights that are not heather grey are hard to find. Grey boots are now popular so I was pleased to find these. The fit is very comfortable due to the spandex content. I appreciate that as I often as warner sock over them that fit under the boot.

Fit & fabric great
The fit and stretch of these tights is really nice- no bagging at the ankles and a nice springy fit. I got the grey which is an shiny silver color. Not really good to wear with the charcoal ponte dress I bought but could go with other colors.

MORE COLORS PLEASE
I absolutely love these and appreciate the control for the tummy area. I bought 2X in navy and size is OK but little bit hard to put on so I would appreciate even more if I could have them in 3X and ..
MORE COLORS PLEASE like mahogany black and plum … maybe even dark grey .

good tights
I own several colors of these tights because they're so good. They fit very well, don't sag, look sleek with professional skirts and cute with casual ones. They've held up well through multiple (gentle) washes this winter.

okay tights
Nice amount of stretch, but why does the waist have to reach up to my armpits? Not as nicely fitting as the tights Lands End carried other seasons. I got one flawed pair out of the 8 I bought.

Perfect tights - but need plus size's available in stock!
I love these tights, would be lost without them summer and winter. They do support my bad veins and make my legs feel better. Biggest complaint - HELLO INVENTORY CONTROL & MARKETING ! - the 3X come into stock and go out of stock in days! Please stock more. And you used to offer the taupe and olive - would love to see them come back too!

Hit and miss, but if you get a good pair, they'll last for years.
Over the past three years I've purchased a dozen pairs of these tights. In general, they are wonderful: soft, stretchy, just the right thickness, they don't pill, and best of all, they don't fall down as the day progresses! However, as other reviewers have mentioned, occasionally you get a pair that arrives with runs in it, or a huge hole pops the first time you try them on. Once when this happened, I was so desperate for legwear that I sewed them up and wore them anyway. I was still wearing that particular pair a year later, as the run never spread.
I've purchased tights from Gap and Old Navy and various other department stores, and find that Land's End quality is superior. It's worth the gamble if you buy a bunch and return the inferior pairs.
My only other complaint is that when these go on sale, my size never seems to be in stock in the color I need.
