Great shoe
I'm thrilled that Lands End is selling this shoe this year, I had multiple pairs of these in the past and glad they are back. Excellent canvas quality that I will wear year round, but especially in the summer. I purchased the white and the blue. Will wear with everything all summer long!

Nice Classic, but Heavy & Wide
Nice classic design & seems well made, but too wide. I usually wear a Narrow (A) or Medium (B), and this is a wide shoe for a Regular/Medium width. Too wide to keep, my foot moves around too much. This shoe is also surprisingly very heavy. I would likely have returned it, even it wasn't too wide.

Simple canvas shoe with a stylish touch
These shoes fit well as do all my Lands End shoes. I bought them in navy and I love the navy and white striped lining and the narrow strip of striped facbric at the back.
I also like the white soles - perfect for sailing!

Great pair of shoes!
First, a little history on what lead me to this shoe. I'd been wearing white CVO's made by Sperry for YEARS. All of a sudden, the quality dropped through the floor. A pair of them lasted 3 weeks and then the sole started splitting from the shoe itself. I thought "Okay, just a defective pair." I gave them the benefit of the doubt TWO MORE TIMES. Same exact result. Mind you, the Sperry CVO's are $75.00 a pair! So I went online and by accident found these at Lands End. I wasn't crazy about the stripes on the rear portion of the shoe, but I thought I'd give them a shot anyway. BEST DECISION I made about a pair of shoes in a LONG time! These are GREAT shoes, and they are much more reliable than the Sperry CVO. They don't cost as much as Sperry, and so far, they are holding up VERY well. I have a navy pair and a white pair, and I wear one pair each day, alternating depending on what I am wearing, so these shoes get a LOT of use. Also, there was no period of "break-in" or adjustment when I first got them. I put them on and wore them right away for 12 full hours and my feet felt GREAT afterwards.

Stiff and uncomfortable
Although generally I am quite pleased with Lands' End shoes, these are an exception. They are more of a narrow width than a medium width, are stiff and uncomfortable, and I feel they're overpriced for the quality. There is nearly nothing I like about them and I rarely wear them. For me, these didn't work out.

Just too narrow, darn it.
Love the look of this classic shoe but after trying two different sizes, I had to accept that this shoe is just too narrow to be comfortable. After taking them off, imprints of the laces and seam were left on the top of my foot. Ended up buying a pair of VANS to get a really comfortable fit in a classic style of canvas shoe. Surprisingly, when I returned them that the sales clerk told me that she hears this complaint a lot about Land's End canvas shoes.

Great all around shoe!
Love this shoe...I buy two or three pairs a year. The material holds up beautifully and the sole is sturdy and substantial. Only a few negatives...it could use some extra innersole support. Frequently, I'm in them all day and my feet begin to tire. Just some extra "oompf" would be nice. They do run a little large as well, but I buy a 1/2 size smaller to compensate. And...the "Lands End" logo patch at the heel of the shoe needs to either be totally relocated or up higher on the sole edge. It always...always begins to peel off. Before I know it, I'm just wearing a plain pair of no-name canvas shoes. Vain as it sounds, I paid for that Lands End name and I want it to show. The patch itself or the white lettering on every pair I've ever bought has come off. Throw in an extra pair of shoe strings and the package would be perfect and complete!

Look great but run big.
Have gotten many compliments.

Average oxford
When I first put these shoes on I was not pleased - very stiff and not welcoming to my feet. However, I wore them for the evening and they are getting better. No raves, but adequate for a cotton shoe.

These really are true to size! Please don't order smaller!
I am a basic 10 Medium and due to some reviews I ordered a 9 1/2 and a 10. I tried both on and while I could get the 9 1/2's on just fine, they felt like my toe was touching. The 10 was a much better fit and I am a standard 10 Medium. They are Lands' End's usual great quality. I just wish I didn't have to make a trip to Sears to return the smaller size!
