Flattering for plus-size
I have this shirt in two colors and I am very happy when I wear one of them. I am plus-sized with a large chest; this shirt is quite flattering. It gives me an hourglass shape while covering my tummy at the same time. I do need to pull the shirt down several times during the day. This is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5. However, I suspect this is due to my bust size, not the shirt.

I love this shirt, it has a little stretch to it and is very flattering. I wear a 6 petite and it fit perfectly. Great work shirt that's a little bit different than your average button up blouse.

Not a good fit
Shirt sleeve length is good. The problem is the bodice appears to be a slight a-line shape in the photo, but when I put it on, the bodice is straight, and possibly even narrower around the hip area. Not a good fit for me, its going back.

Super weird fit
I don't know if it's just my shape, but this shirt fits horribly. The band that is suppose to go under the bust hits about four inches too high. It has a really loose, tunic-type fit in the torso and the twist in the bust area causes the fabric to balloon out. My measurements are 42-35-42 and I got the size 16, which fit well in the shoulders and sleeves. I'm very disappointed because I thought this shirt might offer a solution to the problems I have finding flattering dress shirts. These are going back and the search continues.
