82% cotton and 18% polyester. More like sweatshirt material.
This jacket is cute, but the M size is huge and even after putting it in the dryer is is quite big.
I am wondering if a mistake was made as my item is only 82% cotton and 18% polyester and others are saying it is 100% cotton?
To me the jacket I got is the same fleece they use for the boys button down fleece cardigans- I did not see terry loops in my jacket but sweathshirt fleece.
I have bought tons of french terry items from here and other stores and know what it is supposed to look like.
This was going to be a spring and summer jacket for me, but it will be too warm for that with the fleece.
Now I have to find something else...

Outstanding Jacket!!!!
I have never been so impressed with an item I've ordered online sight unseen...this jacket is stunning, beautifully made! The fabric is incredibly soft, a nice weight cotton knit on the outside and a terry fleece on the inside...warm, comfortable, and oh so stylish as well!! The style is killer good! That oversized collar is amazingly cut, just beautiful on. And the double breasted is equally well done. Love every little detail, a very feminine design, flattering in every way, everyone should own this jacket. I would have paid full price if there were more colors available, and purchased it in every color. Sadly I found it when it was on sale, great price, but selection was minimal in colors and sizes. I'm just glad I was able to purchase at least one. Hope LandsEnd brings this one back again, well worth it!!!!!!!! Thank you LandsEnd!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

Comfortable...just love it!
This is just great! I wish there were more colors... It's soft and and can be dressed up or down. It washes well...though i didn't put it in the dryer. I laid it flat, and then threw it into the dryer on air fluff for a few minutes. I love, love LOVE that it's 100% cotton. It's getting hard to find 100% cotton. It looks just great with a pair of jeans and crisp white crew t-shirt (long or short sleeved). I can't say enough about it. It does run big, and I am not complaining. I usually buy a 2x or 3x sweater because I like to wear a long sleeve under it, but I fit great in an xl and have room to spare. Never bad to go DOWN a size!! Please make this again with more colors!

lovely material, odd fit
I've recently read in a few reviews that the sizing has been off. This piece is lovely, I love the fabric. BUT it is very boxy and my Petite Medium feels more like an XL. In the same order I received a cotton open knit cardigan, also in a Petite Medium and the sleeves on that were like sausage casing. What gives?
I'm a loyal, long-term LE customer, spending a significant portion of our clothing budget here. I generally shop online, but LE has THE BEST customer service reps in the world. That fact, along with the historical quality of the merchandise is what has kept me loyal.
So what's going on with the fabrics and cuts?
